Cannot be reached other the phone, like at all. The call goes to a call center and you can’t understand them at all. If you try to get on the phone with the Holly Hill location you get hold music then it hangs up

Stopped by after we left biketoberfest, so expensive to eat there. But we got 2 large pizza’s for $36, a Supreme thin crusty and, the meats hand tossed. They were so so good! Staff was very friendly, and quick.

I order LARGE pizzas from this location all the time. So this time I ordered a LARGE pizza and opened the box and there was a MEDIUM pizza inside of a large box. (And no, the ‘large pizza’ did not shrink). When I went back up to the Papa John’s to show one of the workers the pizza, one of the male workers who has long hair and a chipped tooth was VERY rude and dismissive and ARGUED with me that it wasn’t a medium pizza even though it clearly was. When I asked for him to show me a large pizza side by side to my pizza he refused and kept trying to tell me it was a large. Then, I asked him to AT LEAST remake the pizza and he said if he re-made the pizza I would have to pay AGAIN even though I hadn’t eaten or touched the pizza. That worker was unhelpful and rude and he needs to fix his nasty attitude when assisting in a issue that he created (because he’s the one that made my pizza)! 0/10 would not recommend this location bc of him.

I’m never ordering papa John’s pizza again. They took my money on a order they canceled and when I called I had to input my card over the phone and it’s declined 2 times because turns out THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITH A CANCELED ORDER. I put my apartment complex and number in detail including that it was 2nd story and towards the back of the complex. The lady tried to be polite and I understand I was upset but you took 30$ from me and I didn’t get any pizza. I’m extremely upset and never ordering from this company again including my friends. They did the same things to my coworker except he was much more angry on the phone and was able to get his order because he could afford the double charge until they finally give you your money back.

My address isn’t in their system, so I can’t use online or the call center you get shuffled too when you call their number. The first time I placed an order, I was told it was going to be a 2 or 3 hour wait. The order arrived in 20 minutes. The second, and last time I ordered (at 3:30PM on 9/18/2021), I was told their stuffed crust was online only after I gave them my address, which is a blatant lie. For some reason they don’t want my business. Shady. I tipped well on the first order too. Plenty of pizza places around here to order from. Local places too. I am just new to the area and wanted to stick to a brand I knew. I assume the reason my address isn’t in the system is that it’s a new apartment complex. If they are avoiding an entire complex that is not good for business.
