I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with veggies and well done. Extra crispy. My pizza was raw and so dripping. The toppings were crunchy and not cooked. I paid 30 dollars for the worst pizza ever.

Ordered pizza, took an hour and 10 min to deliver. I only live 10 min away. Called and talked to the manager who said they were delivering 3 orders which I was last on the list. I questioned why they were delivering the opposite direction to Ormond when I’m located in port orange. She lied to me and said the tracker was broken and the driver would be to me soon. The tracker wasn’t broken it tracked properly with when she arrived. Would not order pizza from here again. Cold, soggy pizza

I placed an order and watched it successfully go through on the tracker. The order was then cancelled without notice. When I called to find out what was going on( no I did not receive a call from the franchise) , Mr Hawkins told me that my order was cancelled because it was a “non priority. “ When I asked what I should do after I had been expecting the food, he said and I quote “ Papa Johns isn’t the only place that serves good “ lmao yes I laughed at this as well.

The pizza isn’t the best, but for what you pay for (using specials) you get a decent return. The only reason I am writing this review is because the garlic dipping sauce busted in my pizza box, and they offered me a free pizza along with returning my papa rewards. If I am here again, I will definitely order here.

Order around 10:28. Got told it will be ready in 29 minutes and delivered right after. Literally right across the street from the hotel I am staying at. Well it is now 12:05 and no one is answering the phone after being on hold than hung up on twice. Called multiple times before 11. When I did speak to someone to make sure they were on the way I got told “I don’t know.”…….. don’t recommend, terrible service.

My husband ordered us a pizza and papadia while we were on vacation a couple days ago. None of the order was correct at all. Paid for extra toppings on both pizza and papadia and got NOTHING. Store was closed by time we got it back to the hotel room. Nothing we could do at that point. When we went to pick it up the two guys didn’t even know my husband had walked into the store to pick it up because they were in the back for a long time doing who knows what. My husband called the store to tell them he was there for pick up and they finally came out.
