This papa johns is awful. They kept me waiting for two hours. I will never order from the port orange pizza again. I called the manager and he could care less that we had to wait that long. Very disappointed in their store and customer service.

Ordered pizza for delivery, got a text saying it was on its way, it didn’t show up for an hour. When I called and spoke with a manager – he was very rude (Leonard or Bernard – hard to understand and sounded miserable). Once the pizza finally arrived – it was room temperature at best. Do better Papa John’s!

Hair in food and refused to refund or replace because we used profanity about our dissatisfaction when told we had to wait an hour and a half foe a replacement pizza and when I went to the store to pick it up faster, because it was 830p, assistant manager refused because profanity was used on the phone.

I work pizza myself and walked in to realize the woman inside was swamped alone. My first thought was to put on an apron but I didn’t feel comfortable adding to her work load seeing as there wasn’t any help. I experience this same issue at my establishment so in no way and I complaining. She was very nice and handling her tough work load with a smile on her face.

We ordered 5 different large pizzas tonight, and each one was better then the last!!! We usually do Pizza Hut and Domino’s every week, but noticed we have a PaPa John’s close to my job, and decided to try it instead of ordering from 2 places. We have lived here in Port Orange and seriously disappointed we hadn’t tried it sooner. We will definitely being switching to PaPa John’s from now on!!!

Wow. Blown away…a foe turned friend. Honestly, I have never been a fan of Papa John’s. Never liked it.. Always preferred Pizza Hut for the stuffed crust, or local places like Alberto’s, Giuseppe’s, or Anthony’s. Once Papa John’s started stuffed crust, I gave them another try. This particular store literally made the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD- stuffed crust with peppers, onions, olives and tomatoes. So fresh and delicious. I’m not sure all locations are this good, but I have ordered consistently from this store and it’s awesome. I’m now a forever customer for the Port Orange Papa John’s.
