The girl who delivered my pizza tonight was so sweet I wish I got her name cus she was so nice but it was today at around 9:30 so I hope she gets some recognition. We had put in a wrong address and she was nice enough to call and get the correct address and I still feel so bad that we put the wrong one! She was just so sweet. 🙂

Answer your phone! I am ordering pizza somewhere else from now on! We always order delivery from this restaurant but after my very frustrating experience tonight I think I am permanently done. I attempted to order delivery and when the conformation screen popped up I realized it was ordered as takeout. I immediately call the store to switch or cancel the order and get “Papa Johns please hold” That’s it, that is what cost you a frequent customer! 5 minutes on hold I try again… call… it rings nobody answers… call again… rings and nobody answers. Have my wife call… nobody answers…. Get clever and try calling like I am going to place an order and guess what they outsource to a ordering hotline! Even that person makes an attempt to connect me to the actual store and nobody answers! I ended up ordering pizza from somewhere else.

Ordered pepperoni stuffed crust and they forgot the pepperoni in it, and it was an extra charge. The dough was kinda soggy and not fully cooked, couldn’t even pick it up, had to use a fork and knife. Service was nice though

If your hungry find a different place to order from. Waiting 45 minutes for my delivery only to find out the manager decided to cancel my order without contacting me because the address I used to for the hotel I am at is apparently a sign to them that the order was a “waste of time”. This by far is the worst pizza we have ever had! We ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. The cheese bread had no cheese in it. The first pizza had no Alfredo sauce on it and was hard. The second pizza was disgusting as the cheese tasted like plastic. We called to complain and was treated very rudely by the man that answered the phone. He said he would refund our money and acted as though it was coming out of his pocket. He hung up on us mid conversation. He needs to be fired!

Pizza was smashed half the pizza was stuck to the box. I called to address the issue and was given a lot of attitude. I asked for a new pizza to be sent to which the response was ” ok well I’ll send another one but I’m not guaranteeing 45 minutes”

I think this pizza speaks for itself. Also the manager was very rude to my husband after he asked about the matanzas high school card that had the buy one get one free discount and said they don’t accept it and threw it back at him. We decided to order anyway and this is what we got.

It’s simple, and I always give second chances. Double mushrooms. Called to add an extra sauce for an online order. Charged for it, but didn’t get it. Delivery orders say text upon arrival because of hospice care.
