Pepperoni pizza was 50% crust with barely any cheese. Ordered garlic sauce and it arrived open and spilled everywhere. Bread sticks were raw dough in the middle, burnt on the outside – couldn’t eat them at all.

I started to make this a carryout order but I was so tired after leaving the office so I got home and decided to order delivery. Big mistake! First of all, it’s not fair to charge all this money for the food and delivery only to rip off people. I did a small customized pizza and I ordered spinach but the five pieces I saw on the pizza was dry like dried parsley flakes. The fact that the order number or store number were not on the box, was a sign that this wouldn’t be good. The crust was not original, it was thin and that is not what the online description showed. The last complaint is that you don’t know that DoorDash is delivering your food until after you have paid and they send the confirmation letting you know that they will be delivering the order. Papa John’s website does not let you fill out a complaint about the food or service and there is no information on the box to tell you where the order was delivered from. I’m done! This is the main reason I do not do delivery. I would have been better off not ordering from here. If you don’t want to give people what they paid for, then CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Had to wait a few minutes for my pizza and has to hear what I could only assume was the manager threaten to put a shotgun up an employees a** and said “why don’t you move a little faster, act like I have a shotgun to your head.” I was only waiting for 5 minutes and heard several inappropriate comments by the manager to the gentleman making pizza. Absolutely disgusting and no wonder they are hiring for all positions. I wouldn’t work for a man like that either. That is NOT an acceptable “joke” or “motivation”… ever.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! IT IS AWFUL & CUSTOMER SERVICE IT BY FAR THE WORST IN HISTORY. I was visiting due to the Ga vs Fl game and we ordered 2 large pizzas at 9:12pm. We didn’t get but 1 pizza around 10:52pm. I had been calling the whole time but was put on hold, So I decided to drive to the location to find out why I did not get my correct order delivered, which was 2 large pizzas, how hard could that be??? After asking where was my food no one seem to care to help me. So I asked for management and he remade my pizzas since I paid $34 for pizzas I couldn’t eat them. The new problem now is the remade pizzas couldn’t be eaten because the new order has no sauce on it and the crust was flat. I called back to the store and the manager Jason had the worst customer service skills and got smart with me and in so many words called me a liar about the pizza not having sauce. At the end of the phone conversation I still did not get a refund nor pizzas that could be eaten. I asked for Corp # and of course he said he would have to go find it in the office and the store closes in 30 minutes so I need to start cleaning up. I hope and pray that no one else waste their money at this location! The pictures show exactly what I’m talking about.

Ive ordered from here like 10 times and I have NEVER had an issue with customer service or having my order incomplete. Even when an employee was having a major problem she still kept my order ready for me to take. Just today a door-dasher driver stole my pizza and the lady on the phone offered plenty of help to me in order to either replace it quickly or to refund me or give me credit on my rewards account. She was very kind and very quick to answer. Ive never met a bad person at this Papa Johns. My orders usually say theyll take an hour to get to my house but actually arrive in 30-45 minutes and the driver always has my items and they are always sure to knock multiple times. 10/10
