My wife ordered via the app as done many times before. Having done so, they have our addresse on file. You can see on all the pictures the items ordered that they put their own address to be delivered too, causing a delay in the delivery. Upon delivery, the pizza was cold. Instead of using their own drivers with the means of keeping the pizza hot via their pizza tote bag, they utilized door dash henceforth the cold pizza. My wife called the manager, which was like trying to talk to a toddler in trouble, giving every means of excuse instead of taking responsibility. I’m guessing beside the phone is a list of excuses to be given to customers. It’s obvious the Papa John’s located at 9542 Argyle Forrest Blvd does not care about their customers. Definitely poor quality with customer service, but I guess with the lack of people wanting to work, you have to lower your standards of employee requirements, and it really shows at this location.

The pizza tastes like it wasn’t even made fresh . It tasted like cardboard, and it was seating there for hours. I was shocked by their quality of the Oreo Bit and how little cream was given. Do not go it wasn’t worth $20.84. I should have checked the pizza. Little Caesars is better than these.

I have no idea where these 1 star orders are coming from. I’ve lived here since 2016 and I’ve never had an issue with this location. Even on busy nights (super bowl/new years etc. Food is always hot and good. A few mistakes over the 7 years but nothing memorable.

I deliver Doordash from many pizza places, and hands down there is no restaurant that is more prompt, professional, and high quality. I’ve tried every pizza place this side of town and they’re consistently the best. The pizzas go straight from the oven to the bag to the front door, steaming hot. Whoever had bad experiences here, it was a fluke on account of some bad doordasher, not a fault of the restaurant. Every restaurant uses delivery services, and you can’t expect perfect results from any delivery service– but the good Dashers know to deliver orders from here, because this Papa John’s is on point.

Terrible customer service . Hard pizza and both pizzas wasn’t cut. Absolutely unacceptable, save yourself the trouble and go to a different papa johns . I’ve never had these problems before but their manager had a nasty attitude (Danny) and ik disgusted with the whole experience. I will be speaking with a higher up . The photo shows the pizza being darker on the bottom u can barely see it but it was hard on the bottom and the line u see cut is from us at home . UNACCEPTABLE, when I called u inform them , they didn’t care and said they can’t do nothing since I took the pizza home .

I have a coupon for a buy one get one free. I called and I was placing my order and she continued to tell me that they could not accept the coupon in person or over the phone and I had to do it online. I continued to ask her what other information I have to type in online that it would recognize the coupon and not be the exact same situation as calling in and trying to use it. I was not getting an answer. She just kept repeating herself. We won’t take it we can’t do anything order online only. Then the manager grabs the phone and rudely says I’ve heard my employee tell you multiple times that we cannot take your coupon and you’ll have to call the helpdesk and that’s the only thing that we can do for you do you understand? “Actually, she was continuing to tell me to only order online and my question was not being answered. Then she was rude again and very dismissive. Horrible customer service will never go there!

Called Papa Johns in Oakleaf. They took my order for a New Crispy Parmesan Pizza. The gentleman that took my order, said that the pizza was $12.99 each for the large, and it would be 20 minutes. Got to the Papa John’s and they said, that they didn’t have my order, that it must of gone to their call center, and that they aren’t very reliable. I’ve never heard of such a thing… They asked me to wait another 20 minutes, and they would make my pizza. They charged me $15.99 per pizza instead of the original price as seen in the commercials and by the call center. They said that they weren’t at that price anymore per the manager. I asked if they were a franchise, and they said that they were. It was for my son’s birthday and what he really wanted, so I payed for it and left. Got home with my pizzas, and they certainly were not the Crispy Parmesan pizzas that I ordered, but regular pizzas. One cheese and the other pepperoni. My son turned 24 today and it hurt me, that I couldn’t get him something that he had his heart set on. Thanks Papa John’s! This location gets a big thumbs down.

My pizza for my students was delivered to the wrong address, resulting in me having to leave school to pick them up. I went to the store after school and the manager was rude and dismissive and kept saying I wanted something for nothing and at least they got the pizzas. The pizzas were COLD and it caused a delay in our celebration. My students worked hard for their reward and his racist treatment and dismissive attitude is too much for me. I cannot believe that this happened and the manager on duty refused to provide additional contact information.
