We order from this store a lot. One of the last times I ordered there was an issue with our chicken wings, and I was told that it was no problem at all just to call in the next time I wanted to place an order and they would fix it for me. Well, the manager Carol said there was no record of that and wasn’t interested in helping me whatsoever. When I began to get stressed out about the situation and explain to Carol that I wouldn’t want to order from the store anymore, if the issue was not resolved, she told me good and then hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking if they could cancel my current order. When I originally had the issue with my order, nobody said I needed to call the gm first they said all I would need to do was call in and ask for the chicken wings. I already placed my order for the night and I assumed this would be no issue I am beyond shocked at Carols lack of professionalism. I’d also like to add that I tried to call back after she hung up on me to gather the GM name and when they would be in but my call was never answered. Apparently if you ask for something you were promised they will screen your phone and not answer your call. Normally that’s only appropriate if the customer has cussed at you or something, which I didn’t, I just simply asserted that I was told I’d get the wings and that it would be no problem.

My mother and I were in town for Doctor’s visit, we are not familiar with Jacksonville and we’re staying at a hotel that had no information to give us for places to eat. I could not find a pizza place that would deliver without going through doordash. I was not familiar with this concept as I have not used it before.

Helpful staff when one topping was wrong due to a new menu change (not the fault of the staff), made a new one, were so nice and gave a refund. Being easy going like that is rare these days. This is a nicely ran place.

Order was right and it came in the right time frame, but two stars only. Our works pizza had to much sauce causing the toppings and cheese to slide right off. Uneven distribution of toppings as well as blown dough – causing it to be sour and chewy. The cuts were also not even.

AVOID….very bad customer service. burnt topping, hard edges, and was told it was not burnt thats how it suppose to be ,good help is hard to find, companies need evaluations, and an ear to the consumer, buddy wrote letter to manager in store, it won’t make it to higher ups, just bottom of bin.

Ordered pizza to be delivered 1.7 miles away( at hospital). Gave an $8.00 tip up front. After waiting, I called them, couldn’t deliver for another 2 hours. I went and picked up the pizza myself. It was ok. Nothing to rave about. If you order for delivery, do not add tip! Pay cash tip when they deliver. Lesson learned!
