Normally this location does a good job, tonight was awful. We were given a very thin crust made from dough that was way past blown. We had ordered the new “epic” garlic stuffed crust. Not epic, pathetic at best. The gentleman who first helped me and said he was going to make my pizza was rude and still had not done so 30 minutes later. The young lady who did eventually make it, wrong and poorly made as it was, was an absolute gem.

Visiting the Tallahassee area and had a craving for pizza. This Store was the closest to our Hotel. We ordered carry out and received our pizza hot and fresh when we returned to our room. Awesome job! The pizza was what we expect when ordering from Papa John’s. The friendly “Young” lady working the Front counter has a great attitude and is a great customer service face for the Location. I would order again from this store on N. Monroe should I ever visit again.

I would not be leaving a bad review if the employees just apologized for not putting the pepperoni on this “two topping” pizza. Instead, the employee said, “I know for a fact I put pepperoni on your pizza” … which implies I was lying and continued to argue with me. I even had my coworker verify there was no pepperoni.

Pizza was good but it’s a hit or miss on this place. It just depends on who is working and who makes your pizza that day. We’ve ordered here several times and I can honestly say that my pizza has not always been what we were expecting but I can say that it’s never been to the point where we wanted to take it back or not eat it. Just depends on who makes it.

Manger Darrel is beyond rude …. I’m a door dasher after waiting 25 mins on an order he told me would take 5-8 I if mins I began to become frustrated …. I let the nice lady up front know I was becoming frustrated an trying to stay calm as I do have mental health issues I deal with an I was staring to feel very triggered….. I was talking with her when Darrell approached an inserted HIMself in OUR conversation telling me I could leave they were busy….. I asked the nice lady if anything I said offended her in any ways in which she replied NO. I then stated I’d be calling the general manager an corporate offices to inform them of this injustice ….. Mr Darrell must of felt some type of way , I asked him several times to stop speaking to me a trying to have to have the last word . It’s like he was trying to prove me to get out of character! I even stated that!!! The lobby was full of customers by the way…the customers food was ready Darrell refused to give the food to me to be delivered causing the customers food to now become cold…. And get this I was thrown out of the store . Darrell wouldn’t even answer the phone for door dash so the order could be cancelled on my end from being the delivery driver … I arrived here @ 6:45 pm Wednesday night am still here at7:20 an I can’t leave til the order has been cancelled….. but Darrell won’t answer the papa John phone for doordash even after I went an nicely ask him …if you hate your job Darrell just say that !!! I hope u have better days an learn to deal with stressful situations better than I what witness tonight … unless you trespass me you will see me again, so next time u better act right or it’s gonna be the same thing. Darrell stop trying to have the last word , that don’t make you or what your saying right…. A good manger knows how to be a leader , that was leadership I seen Even your store rep said you was dead wrong …. Ijs do better or get a better job that doesn’t have you so stressed out that you take it out on your customers or drivers …. One thing about it you’ll need me to deliver for you again , to be honest that’s gonna be a order I decline . Do better Darrell papa John’s needs to hire better mangers all the store talk about how bad the Monroe an tharp location is ….. Word gets around

Ordered a pizza and wings,was told the order would be delivered in 45-52 minutes. I ended up waiting almost 2 hrs for my order. Once the driver showed up to my hotel room at Holiday Inn Express. I let her know that I had been waiting for almost 2 hrs. She had the audacity to have an attitude and told me I hadn’t been waiting that long. Never again will I order food from here as an out of town visitor. Order or go somewhere else! Please.
