THE worst Papa John’s in town. I accidentally ordered at this location and I regretted it from the moment I placed the order. They called me as soon as I placed it to tell me they couldn’t make my pizza a stuffed pepperoni so I asked if they could make it just cheese stuffed and they said no, they could only make a regular pizza. The person calling me sounded so annoyed from the get, like I was the one messing up. I asked if they could just change the size to a bigger one in lieu of the missing stuffed pepperoni, they said no. Again, they sounded so annoyed I even asked. So I ended up adding an order of chicken papa bites on top of my normal pizza. When I got my pizza, it didn’t look uniform to the ingredients I picked not to mention it was the grossest-tasting pizza—below mediocre. The chicken papa bites were basically dried out bread bites, nasty! Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra 9 minutes to go to the Lake Ella location, they know what they’re doing.

Must be a new crew? My Large Sausage , Pepperoni and Six Cheese stuffed crust pizza looked like a medium at best and my wings barely had any sauce on them. The old crew was always on point, these new folks just don’t care.

My 2nd pizza from here…. This time the toppings were all on one edge of the pizza, it was delivered by door dash to a neighbor’s house and left on their porch. When they went outside and saw it (driver did not ring bell) they brought it to me. By that time it was ice cold and I had already cancelled the order….. the store showed that it was delivered. They offered to remake it but the new one would be delivered by door dash so I declined. They gave me a refund. I will not order from here again.

Terrible place!!! I would not recommend Papa John’s to anybody. I placed my order of pizza around 6:00pm and I got it after 7:30pm with no sticker, the box open and pizza was cold. I called the driver and she said that was lost (door dash is the worst delivery service) However I saw on the app that she was parked somewhere for more that 15 minutes. Horrible customer service when I called the store, they didn’t care about anything, they just hung up on me while telling them what happened. Papa John’s lake Jackson, Tallahassee location is the worst.

It’s Thursday night, I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheesy breadsticks. Over 2 hours later after multiple phone calls found out the driver left the pizza outside the door and never told us. All cold, no phone call, no nothing. Manager said in order to get a refund we had to bring the food back.

My wife was craving some Papa John’s so we went and got us some wings that I ordered breadsticks everything went great very good as always but it’s easier just to go to the store and pay cash or favorite card and order right there hang out a few minutes and then get your food

I love this location!! The delivery driver (a young lady) is so nice and friendly. The food tastes amazing and they have the best and fastest service out North Monroe. I’ve ordered from the competition (Domino’s) before and a few months ago they delivered my pizza to the wrong house and hung up on me. I vowed never to order there again. That’s when I switched to Papa John’s and I haven’t been disappointed at all. Good job!! I love Papa John’s!!
