Good pizza. Prices are high. I initially called and was placed into a call center in the Philippines where no one truly understood what ordering a pizza was about. I hung up and went to the store and ordered it in person it came out fine. They said it’s a constant problem if you call the number Select option 5 and it will ring into the store

2 freakin hours for delivery. This use to be my go to number 1 pizza place. Over the past 5 years quality and service has gone down hill. Tried a month ago and took 1 1/2 hr for delivery. Without saying anything they credited me $10 so I let it go. Now it takes 2 hours. Keep your $10. Papa Johns will never be in my home again.

Edit: this location tonight failed the taste test. Stop losing up the pizza with a ton of sauce and no cheese. I could barely stomach it. The atmosphere felt like everybody had just been whipped before I walked in there. Then I meet the manager who almost bit my hand off when I try to get a soda. I am so sorry for the people that work there. I hope you find a better job. Probably why the pizza tastes bad.

Store is pick up only. No tables. I ordered some Parmesean Crusted Poppadias that I saw on TV. They were hot and fresh. Taste was just OK. The staff was very friendly and food was done fast. Store was clean.

Ordered an “epic pepperoni pizza” that came with literally one piece of pepperoni as well as undercooked. Called to see if they would fix the issue and “manager” misty told me that I had to contact the online website which I did but have gotten no response. Horrible management and customer service. Will never be ordering from them again. So many other pizza places with much better customer service than Papa John’s and you won’t pay $20 for a cheese pizza with nothing on it.
