Got the wrong size pizza didn’t have a way back to the store manager named Electra said she made my pizza she gave me the right size not giving store credit she had a bad attitude 3rd time they messed my order not great customer service I wouldn’t recommend going I will not be going back to that location

Michigan Ave store has horrible management! I ordered light sauce, and when the pizza was delivered it looked like someone dumped double the sauce on it! It’s completely inedible. There’s a huge puddle in the middle of the pizza. I called to ask for the pizza to be replaced. But, I can’t get the manager to pick up the phone. I waited on hold for 7 minutes. Then I was disconnected! I called back, but now no one will answer. Pathetic way to treat your customers.

You know I’ve been at this location for going on 7 years and I’ve never had an issue with this Papa John’s. Usually the customer service is lacking but due to delivery we don’t have to usually deal with that. I simply order online and the drivers are pretty friendly. However, the fact that they no longer do delivery is horrible! What kind of pizza place doesn’t deliver? Papa John just lost a lifelong fan if they can’t bring me a pizza.
