Food is good. Customer service is not. I was told by the manger that I had a credit for an inconvenience that happen on Halloween night. I reached back out, a week and two days later an was told by the manger on duty tonight that the credit no longer exist. It already took 16 mins for the cashier to take my order. If you tell someone you will replace it. Do just that. It should not be a deadline on making it right. Do better nine mile location.

This is the worst Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had. We ordered three large pizzas. Two of them were just cheese. The other was supposed to have bacon. It looked like they took one piece of bacon and shredded it. The pizzas were also very poorly cut requiring us to tear them apart. The bacon pizza had one slice with a huge bubble. This piece had almost no cheese on it. Cheese in general was scantily applied. Will not visit this location again.

Papa John’s was always my favorite pizza. But ever since COVID, they have gone downhill rapidly. When you call them, you get someone in a 3rd world country trying to upsell the product of the day, but they may not even know what a pizza is! At the store, the staff is surly, rude, and generally don’t care AT ALL about customer service. Too bad, because they still make the best pizza, unless you actually watch them make it. Once you’ve watched that, you’ll NEVER go back.

although I’m leaving at five star review I do have a complaint. Just recently one of the driver showed up to deliver our two pizzas. They were not in the hot carry bag she did not have a hot carry bag in her vehicle. Needless to say the pizzas were barely warm. This is very unusual from this location that we order from quite often. This needs to be addressed Mr. manager. Thank you so much.We are within two or 3 miles straight shot from this location.

absolutely horrendous. i asked for well done and they just give me a soup of cheese and don’t even cook it i can’t even get a piece out the crust just tears off the pizza. it looks like it’s barely cut this is ridiculous. $30 for absolute trash
