I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. The cheese and ham pizza that I ordered came without cheese on the pizza. Wings were solid but the no cheese on the pizza was disappointing, especially for 26 bucks. I tried to eat a slice hoping the garlic would make it edible but it was gross. Sauce tasted like feet, crust had the consistency of moist cardboard. Also, the size was closer to a personal pizza than a medium (pic attached for reference) – I generally only eat about 2 slices anyway so this doesn’t concern me but it is something to note for others who may order in the future.

since 2021 (now 2023) this store has been terrible. “short manned” consistently enough that they should shut down. often 90 minutes for delivery, and if you go in for carry out there’s a line of people waiting to cancel their orders. they don’t answer the phone (neither does the corporate “customer service” number). if the papatracker says “we’re experiencing delays” there’s NOTHING you can do about it. can’t cancel, can’t ask, can’t complain. AVOID.

Three times straight they have messed up my order. Last time I called and they send replacements but the delivery guy asked for payment until I told him the problem. This time they put the wrong sauce on my kids boneless wings. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Literally the worst Papa Johns ever. We’ve had three bad experiences in a row. The first one we watched the tracker and realized that our food sat in the warmer for 40 minutes before being sent out for delivery. We called the store and they said that it had just been sent out for delivery. We asked about the fact that it had been done for 40 minutes and they said “it should be fine because it had been in the warmer the whole time”. It got delivered. It was not fine- none of the food tasted good. The second time my husband showed up on time for pick-up and waited an extra thirty minutes for his order to be completed, so an hour and a half total. Tonight, we showed up for our order to be picked up (41 minutes) and they told us it would be another twenty minutes. My husband told them to cancel the order. We went somewhere else, my husband went in and it took a minute and six seconds before he was back in the car with our pizza.

Ordered 3 different medium pizzas for a birthday party across the street at the Navarre park. We drove over and walked in to order and amazingly all three were ready in less than 30 minutes. Can’t really evaluate the Atmosphere bc we weren’t there long enough. But all I can say is it was fast and delicious oh did I mention the 15 teenagers at the party devoured all three in less than 30 min as well. Two records in one day/party!
