Order at 5:45 on a week night and was ready within 20 minutes for pick up. Asked for extra Alfredo sauce and received it, the chicken and tomato on the Alfredo pepperoni stuffed crust was really good. Horrible customer service. We ordered a pizza and waited for more than 80 mins and the order wasn’t delivered. We called the store a couple of times to confirm about this and they said the driver was on the way. But the pizza never arrived.

Terrible customer service. After not going to Papa Johns for awhile because of incorrect orders, I decided to give them another chance. Asked for light cheese as I can’t have much and they put on what looks like extra. The large pizza is advertised as 14″ but is clearly isn’t. The only good thing was the breadsticks, they were great. I contacted the store about the pizza twice and was ready to bring it back but no response for days. Ended up removing it from the fridge and throwing it out. Ended up getting an email awhile later saying I’d be refunded, which never happened.

Horrible customer service! The employees their force you to place your order for delivery instead of carryout. Which makes no sense. I’m not going to pay extra for delivery when I’m literally less than 5 minutes away. Extremely don’t recommend going to this location.

I ordered delivery. They ignored my directions and dropped it off on my front porch. By the time I called for status update on my order and was told it had been left on the ground outside my door it was covered in ants. Employees were quick to refund the order but did not replace the meal, which is what I wanted per their quality guarantee.

One star is too many. Avoid this store if you care about getting edible food. The driver left two pizzas at the door on the ground without notification. Pizzas were ant covered and inedible. Manager has absolutely no people skills and refused to bring out edible pizzas.

If you forget your Zip code for your card they will say the card is declined but the money will still come out of your account and the manager should not be a manager he as no people skills and he is rude me nor my friends and family will never buy pizza from any pap jhons five. Star is so much better I would never not buy pizza from them if it was 2 dollars for a large pizza

I order from this store regularly. Last week, I did an online order for a two topping special. I wound up with a cheese pizza, so I called to let them know. Jason, the manager, was super cool. He looked it up, and while the toppings didn’t show up on his side, he swapped the pizza out with complete friendliness. Some places have employees who act rude, defensive or accusatory when you try to let them know what happened, but all he said was, “We’re going to make it right.” I don’t normally dig chain restaurants, but Papa John’s has some great pizza. The commercials talk about how fresh ingredients taste better, and it’s true. Great prices, and fast, friendly service. I’m happy to give them my business! Thanks, Jason, and thanks to all the employees there. Great food, and great customer service!

Two days in a row couldn’t do a delivery order for cash because they lack drivers and use a delivery service which negates my coupons, which is horrible the food is never on time is cold or destroyed which isn’t Papa John’s fault. But at the same time hire folks.
