I placed an order of a large pizza and 2 L of soda. It was almost 2 hours late and the driver left it on my doorstep did not notify me it was there. Luckily my dog barked so when I open the front door I had a cold pizza and a hot 2L of soda that exploded when I opened it. They did not even leave me a receipt and when the order was placed, it should’ve been $32 and I was charged almost $37 so I called the Winter Springs location and spoke to Brandy the “so called manager” who was absolutely awful and very rude with absolutely no customer service experience at all and she was not willing to do anything to fix my order that was a major mistake on their end. Papa John’s in Winter Springs needs to train their managers better in customer service and in hospitality. Brandy needs to be replaced as a manager there because of Brandy they just lost another customer.

Papa Johns pizza was good, but the service was rude. So due to rudeness they get 1 star. The seal that keeps the pizza from being tampered with was put on the front right side. This enabled the box to still be opened. I ordered a cheese less pizza with meat & veggies with extra sauce. The pizza had a round spot in the middle size of a 50 cent piece without anything on it partial sauce missing. On the top end of whole, the meat and veggies went all around with exception of a spot size of a quarter which was empty of everything even sauce. It looked like something could of been taken off the pizza or it was just the way everything fell when making it. I am not saying it was messed with, but it looked like it could of been. Again not accusing anyone. I called the store & explained about the pizza and the seal not where it should of been causing the box to still be opened. Now, I have been spoiled by the presence of that seal and papa Johns made a big deal advertising this feature. The male that answered the phone made it quite clear we were bothering him & that he could care less about my concern. I stayed polite on the phone, I had it in speaker phone so my mother was listening too. My mom asked if we could speak to a manager, put on hold for a few seconds, he came back said they were all busy on some kind of line. So my mom made a comment that we would not accept another pizza if the seal did not do what it was meant to do. No response from the male employee. We told him we would eat the pizza. Just because you don’t think a customer concern is valid and said customer was polite, and want to let the store know someone needed to be showed how to put the seal on correctly or pay more attention when putting it on was one of the reasons I called. But the male employees voice was so put off sounding that I didn’t get to explain this to him. Part of me feels like, did he ask a manager and was the manager truly busy only because of the attitude that came across the phone was: your issues isn’t important to me so neither is talking to you. The way he spoke and the tone he used conveyed this message to me whether it was true or not. If you don’t want to deal with people then maybe he should find a different job.

Half the pie has no green pepper!?!? I ordered the NY style pie with extra pepperoni and green pepper and they sent a Luke warm at “best pie”.With sparse pepperoni and no green pepper on half the frickin pie! Feeling ripped off! Hey pie maker, go get a job your sorry AF!

I do not know what Papa John’s is thinking, they have a call center taking orders that sounds like an out of the country call center. The wait time is absolutely horrible, the annoying guy that talks while you are on hold is annoying.

Just got off the phone with Rubi the store manager. It’s 7:30 and I order my pizza two hrs ago. I was told it was delivered to the wrong house and her ONLY solution to the problem was reimbursing my money back. NOT sending out another delivery so my kids could eat. (I only ordered two pizzas) FUN FACT they did have my correct address on file Rubi confirmed at the beginning of the phone call.

The pizza I ordered was the Epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza The pizza I received was so skimpy on the toppings that you could not see the pepperonis on the pizza. After thorough digging no more than one pepperoni per slice not counting the stuffed crust. They offered me papa rewards after I requested they make me a new pizza. Poor customer service. I recommend ordering from Pizza Hut better toppings and enough pepperoni to actually see them on the pizza.

I have always used this location and have been happy with it. But over the last 6 months to a year the food quality has gone down. Perhaps a big part of the problem is the call center. All I know if I ask for extra sauce on my pizzas (only because the standard tablespoon it seems isn’t enough) I should be done with all of my pizzas. The veggies are scant at best. I love the NY style crust pizza but it has to have sauce other wise it’s gross. Please improve. I really dont want to have to go elsewhere.
