Hit or miss… sometimes orders are made correctly, most of the time they are not. This is supposed to be a large with extra cheese, add 3 cheese blend, (so extra extra cheese) pineapple, bacon and pep. The center of the pizza has no cheese at all and it looked like someone put 3 pieces of pep to try and hide it. Always have giant bubbles in the crust.

papa John’s used to be my favorite pizza restaurant but oh my god this one is downhill. absolutely craving Papa John’s tonight. I but unfortunately, my craving was not satisfied because I got two pizzas that were full of sauce and barely any toppings. I tried to call Papa John’s and was on hold for 15 minutes for nobody to pick up the phone. I guess I’ll take my business to Domino’s. and I want my money back because this was not pizza with sausage and bread.

I understand not sending your delivery people with tons of cash but to send them with ONLY a $20 bill is crazy. My order is $52 and some change and its set for cash. They have pretty decent food, but recently I’ve had a string of bad service. Super late delivery, canceling on me just before close, and then this lovely thing. Cold cold pizza, unprofessional so called manager. When I called to tell her my complaint, she giggled. Said she couldn’t control what her drivers did. Didn’t feel comfortable eating cold food especially after knowing what kind of people were preparing it. I’ll never order from here again, I rather starve. She said she’d process refund but that didn’t happen either. Only got 50% off next order email! Thank you but no thank you!
