I placed and order for medium pizza the cook said I never we have your order and hung up in my face !!! but yet I called to confirm it and the recording said it’s on the way, That pizza maker better get her attitude together just she didn’t want to change it from a large to a medium,I can get an attitude too its my money, unless wants to pay dumb pizza lady don’t play with this was at 11:55 at the alafaya location… She doesn’t like doing her job she can be fired rude to customers and live right east colonial and Econ . and she’s racist against black customers this is the second time she’s been nasty towards me, when I’m always polite.

Ordered 2 pizzas and boneless wings for delivery only for my food to come with bone in wings. Called the store and they said they tried to contact me because they did not have any boneless wings. Never received a call from them and had that sweet girl on the phone lie to me. Waste of money because I won’t eat it and all I got was a “sorry”.

I use to always order from here. Now I wont be. Pizza always cold. And the last two times I ordered my food wasn’t fully cooked and gave me food poisoning from it not being cooked properly. They went down hill. No flavor at all anymore.

Unprofessional rude slow af. come in to pick up an order you WONT be acknowledged that your even there. Will be told in the oven and thats it once acknowledged. Wait and wait and wait. Then finally i ask when the order will be done and apparently its been done. Their guy making the pizza is just sliding them all to the side not doing anything with them after taking them out the oven. Just don’t even waste your time trying with this place. It’s too much a headache to simply pick up an order.

Bad customer service the girl with half black and yellow hair with piercings on face was super rude when I was trying to ask how much was my order so I could pay and then when I went to go ask if she had put the extra pepper Cheaneys that I had ordered all through the phone she was just telling me yes trying to give me to get out of the store horrible customer service.she looked at me and went to ask customer behind me if she they needed help but I was first in line at the counter. She also was making pizza and then came over to the counter several times without washing her hands and that is cross contamination.

I ordered and my order was not only delivered wrong, literally put in the ground, but was cold and forgot my 8 sauces! When I called the store and spoke to the manager he was super nice and apologetic and is remaking my entire order, now that’s great customer service!!!

Placed an order through their app and honestly was easy and quick. When we picked up customer service was great! Friendly staff and helped right away. Didn’t wait to long for our order. Ordered pizza, wings, cinnamon pull aparta and a Papadia. The wings were a little burnt not sure if it was because I picked well done but they were definitely a little burned. Pizza was good but still needed some more time to cook from how we like it. We had to put them in the air fryer for a little longer when I got home. The cinnamon pull apart dessert wasn’t the greatest either.

I brought two pizza one with pineapple and pepperoni and pepperoni with chicken. Wings and a brownie tray. The brownie was soo good. The pizza was great, the crust had flavor and the wings could have been cooked to be crispy instead of wet.
