I alternate between pick up and delivery and this location seems to always get the orders correct. Most recently I did a pickup order and Trinity was super nice and helpful! This is a very small location, with no where to sit to wait for your order. I recommend ordering ahead via their website, app or call ahead.

Food was delivered directly to my hotel room. Everything was excellent. Food was as ordered with all toppings in good portions. Anyone staying at a local hotel, as long as you put the hotels proper information, and make sure to note your room number, there will be no issues.

Worst Papa John’s location I’ve ordered from. If you order delivery they will not include any of the sauces you request, including the basic garlic sauce. If you do receive a sauce it will be the wrong sauce. The Papadias served here are incredibly thin and lack any filling. I received Papadias with a minimal amount of cheese and barely any meat. Compared to other stores in the area, I received much less here and the associates paid zero attention to what I actually ordered. I will not order from this location again.

Ordered carryout, missed half my sauces requested and gave me regular cheese sticks instead of the 6 cheese. Called to see what they could do in regards to it and they hung up on me. Real professional, no worries i’ll hit up your corporate office and see what’s up.

I ordered at 11:32pm and at 1:35am I get a cold pizza that looks frozen. The delivery guy asked for a tip after forgetting the soda I ordered and texting me to come get my food. It’s a delivery your supposed to bring to the room if that’s requested. I’m straight annoyed! 1:35am is unacceptable! I will be reporting to the BBB.

We were staying at a local hotel. The pizza was delivered hot and fresh. Very good quality. The driver also called when he arrived to make sure we knew he was there. They even brought us plates; very impressed, because we did not ask them for them but did need them.

Really disappointing for Papa John’s. We arrived late to Orlando on Sunday Jan 23, 2022, so food choices were minimal for our group. I suggested Papa John’s as they always deliver pretty consistently. What we received was inedible if we were not starving. It was burned with no sauce so we picked around what we could. Surely, someone looks at the pizzas before they go into a box and cares a little about the product they are delivering. Not this time though. I contacted the corporate office and they responded quite quickly with how important their product is to them and asked me to reply. I replied with the attached photo and never heard back again.

I have nothing against this local franchise, because the workers were very polite and friendly and the food was made quickly. The pizza just does not taste good and that is due to the recipe and the ingredients I’m assuming. Compared to real pizza it’s terrible, but even compared to Domino’s and Pizza Hut. Hut it’s well. Really bad.
