The Papa John’s store at 2500 N. A1A, Melbourne Beach dumped trash in front of the dumpster, not 30 ft from the front door. When I walked up to the dumpster a cloud of flies flew up. Not, a few flies, but a ‘cloud’ of flies! It is a health hazard! I went into the store and spoke to the manager and told him about the unacceptable, public health hazard. He began making excuses, about how he’s been there since 7am and didn’t have time, etc., etc. I spoke to him at on 8/4/2021 at approximately 12:15 pm. I then called Papa John’s Corperate office and lodged a formal complaint. I also called Brevard Code Enforcement, who referred me to Melbourne Beach PD. As of 2:45 pm, the bags of filthy trash are still there! I then called Papa John’s Corporate office again and requested the trouble ticket be escalated. The young lady I spoke with promised to call the store manager and request he correct the unacceptable situation. If, this is the kind of things that go on outside the restaurant, God only knows what the hygiene is inside the store. I would never buy a pizza from Papa John’s at 2500 N. A1A, Melbourne Beach, FL. 32903

Ruth Rall is the best delivery person EVER! She is so sweet, pleasant, and personable. She truly cares about her customers and their well being. She was a breath of sunshine. Thank you, Ruth for being the best delivery person. Ruth delivered the cheeseburger pizza, bread sticks and cookie. All the food was great but what was memorable was Ruth’s delivery.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve had. Does not stands up to Papa John’s standard at all. Crust was dry and the toppings were just slammed on + barely any sauce. Don’t waste your money on it.

This location by the beach stays busy yet remains consistent in providing a quality product. They can often be short staffed but they work hard and our food is always great. We order here about once a week and haven’t been disappointed. Keep up the good work!

I ordered delivery about a month ago. It took an hour just for them to start making it. I called the manager. She was rude and accused me of calling 5 times. I only called once. She said it was sent out for delivery. And that the driver had a few stops on the way. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get here. It was cold. I called the manager to let her know. She said she can remake it but didn’t know how long it would take to get there. I ended up just keeping it since the kids were hungry.

We always have some issue with this location. Pizza not always hot. Order not correct. They never bring out the pizza when curbside is selected. Etc. Staff usually “fixes” the problem but is passive aggressive about it.
