Sure papa John’s, I’ll pay $32 for two pizzas, I’ll wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to be delivered and I’ll also cut my own meatballs. It’s pizza not spaghetti. why do I pay your establishment a delivery fee, and tip the driver online, for my pizza to be delivered by a door dash employee??? Your service is about as fresh as the peppers that came with my pizza… absolute trash!

Ya know, I don’t even mind paying $37.02 and tipping an additional $5.19 on a pickup order of 1 large stuffed crust pizza and 1 10″ cheesesticks. But when I asked for 2 paper plates for my wife and I since we weren’t taking the pizza home, “Ugh, sorry, those are for catering only.”

Calls get redirected to a call center, the outsourced phone staff are hard to understand and do not comprehend english. Outsourced phones for a pizza order, thats a joke. I hung up, and went in person. Looks like only 1 person is running the whole place. Food was made quick, and it was good for only $12. I see this place getting completely overwhelmed so few staff. Props to the person running the place, but i can 100% understand all the bad reviews.

Food is decent but they messed up food one time then two times said I had a free pizza they got some new system now so something happened and had to pay for the pizza anyways that had no sauce paid extra for the tusk and cheese with the stuffed crust at the Merritt Island location in Florida and every time for a $25 Pizza as small as it is they don’t put much work into it and should consider either making the portion bigger or the prices smaller! It’s sad when you cannot get a large reg cheese pizza for under $20 and I’m not talking about stuff crust or regular. These fast food places are getting worse over time with service quality and prices are absolutely outrageous I know everything is but they take it to the next level definitely not trying to help nobody.

Delivery drivers….really short staffed. Come on Papa John’s give the store manager the ability to hire adequate staff. A customer should not have to call the store and hour after ordered placed to get told they are short staffed and your order will be leaving here “shortly”

So the first time I order from there I tipped pretty good but my pizza took awhile to get delivered. It was not really a big deal. I didn’t think much about it. then I got a postcard in the mail offering a free medium Pizza. So I decided to take it into the store and get my free pizza I have an errand to run so it wasn’t a big deal to drop off the postcard and they come back and get my free pizza in 15 minutes. So I think it was for like a one-time topping or maybe it was a cheese pizza I don’t remember. So I asked how much it would cost me to just upgraded to a meat lovers oh, I did not expect this to be free. So the girl told me to hold on she would go talk to the manager and see how to proceed. She came back out and she told me there would be no extra charge to upgrade it to a meat lovers. So I was very happy with my Pizza Hut in the service as well. Thank you Papa John’s
