This is most horrible pizza place I have ever order from, they made a mistake and then the Manager (Jenny if that is her real nt pretending around and blame me their mistake the driver Idalberto Sanchez delivered another order and on the way to my house and after receiving a text message saying he was less than a minute he passed by didn’t stop at all and when back to the store when I called the store Leo very unprofessional told me the delivery is been completed which it was not accurate then I asked to speak to the manager and he put someone on the line name Sofia pretending to be the manager which hang up on me after I requested her managers name to place a complaint, because the pizza was just arriving and cold like it was made hours ago, the someone who refused to provide her name came to the line and told me I was rude because I simply asked for the pizza to be remade and redeliver to me, she refused to do that and advised me she was going to give me a refund, there was a lot of noise on the background people were screaming or even fighting and she said I was rude I realized all she was doing was to get arise out of me to just not provide the service they were getting paid for, I also realized she put me on speaker for everybody to listen to me she did provided her name I asked her for her managers name and she refused to provide that name the pizza was not made properly all you have to do is look at it and see the borders to realize it I asked for double toppings but I guess since I was rude I didn’t get it and all I have to say to @papajohns I’ll never order from you again and will make sure everybody knows not to order from this store at Hialeah they’re nasty, unprofessional and very rude if that is what represents Papa John’s then I don’t want to deal with that I rather go someone where else.

Very bad services and lack of common sense. We order a pizza for delivery and the lady even said it will be an hour for delivery which we were okay; then more than an hour past by, we called and they said the pizza still there waiting to be picked up . They didn’t even offered to deliver right away they just said they will charge extra for delivering a cold pizza. Never buying from this location again! Lack of empathy and respect!

Order food elsewhere they estimated time at 33 mins online but 1 hour passed and nothing. I called and the manager says they are understaffed with only 2 drivers. NOT MY PROBLEM That if was dissatisfied that maybe i can help by sending people over to work. Again not my problem if they cant handle the business demands then maybe close this location

Very disappointed. The quality of the pizza was bad. Big dried crust with little cheese and too much tomato sauce on the dough close to the crust, confusing with cheese in the pict. I will go back to pizza hut.

I was previously a Dominos Pizza regular customer because of their carryout large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 each special but one day my brother wanted to order Pizza from Papa John’s when he came over to visit and we got a few 5 toppings large pizzas for $12 each from Papa John’s. This was my first time ordering from Papa John’s because I didnt think that paying their regular price of $18 per pizza was worth it but I was impressed by the taste of their pizzas when I tried them and by the fact that the Papa John pizzas also come with garlic sauce to dip the pizza bread which is something that Dominos charges extra money to add.

I placed an order online. One hour later I got an email that the order was cancelled. I call the store to check and the employees just told me they’re having issues with the system and that they’re done for the day bc they’re no driver. They made many excuses to justify that my order wasn’t coming. After he told me that he hung up the phone like he didn’t care. No buying anymore from this store. I know it’s just a pizza which I don’t care about it. But to act unprofessional and give lack of service is unacceptable. Do better!

I placed my order as I usually do thorough the webpage. I chose the “Leave at door” option to avoid contact with the driver. When noticed a delay (7:24 p.m.) went to the webpage and the order was delivered at 7:04 p.m. Pizza was left at my door without even knocking. The delivery guy just took a picture of my building and left. By the time I got it, was already cold, and the order was missing brownies and extra blue cheese sauce I included in my order and my credit card charged for. Called the store 21 times and nobody picked up the phone! Had to personally go to the store to resolve the issue. The team was a mess, looked like a gathering of a group of teens from high school. The two girls at the front seemed both to be lost, not knowing what they were doing, and a delivery guy who just happened to came in started to shout out loud to the team some kind of funny words. When explained the issue with my order, the girl at the register just turned to another guy in the back saying “there’s someone here who wants a refund” without trying to assess the problem and solve it. The guy who came to the register just limited himself to hear what the issue was, locate my order and do a “void”, saying that I should see the charge removed from my card in 48 hours or something like that. There was no customer appreciation nor the slightest intention to apologize and solve the issue in a different way. For being a customer who regularly used to place orders from this store every weekend, I felt let down. Definitely won’t order from this store anymore.
