This store is one of the cleanest chain stores I’ve ever been to. The fact that they care that much about cleanliness, invites you to order and eat your food without worries. The staff is helpful and the General manager makes himself available to assist and/or address any concerns you may have. If you’re a chicken wings lover, be sure to ask for Dubi wings. They are carefully seasoned and prepared based on preference.

Management is horrible. We were coming in a walk in & they said they don’t accept those like if this isn’t a super casual pizza place. We tried to place an online order and The guy at the front literally “We just don’t feel like taking orders right now.” Ridiculous. Horrible work ethic. Papa Johns corp should shut this location down they obviously don’t want to make money.

The absolute worst Papa John’s I’ve been to in such a long time. I called to advise the location about an undercooked pizza which was delivered to my house. While in the process of speaking to somebody who didn’t understand what I was explaining (My guess is a high school girl with an attitude who seem to be the owner daughter) she hung up the phone on me. And when I called back, I was left on hold for 20 minutes. The pizza tasted terrible, the customer service was terrible. Papa John corporate should double check this location. I’ll definitely be calling corporate in the morning.

I just ordered 30 min ago, I ordered a 3 cheese with extra cheese well done, an all the way pizza well done, both pies not well done and looks like it has less cheese than normal and speaking of no cheese, I also ordered jalapeño popper rolls and received them with no cheese… how hard is it to mess that up? That’s just 3 ingredients bread jalapeño and cheese.

I hope I get my reward points back, I’ve been ordering at this Papa John’s every two weeks for almost a decade. The last 3 months have been the worst. No need to dive into details but everything you can imagine is an issue as far as quality of food. I must admit though the staff has remained pleasant, although the product has declined. I’ll have to give pizza hut a try.
