Do not order from this store for delivery. Getting your food hot and in a timely manner is a hit and miss. Do not even waste your time because you don’t know what you will get. I got food fast and hot before and other time late and cold delivery. They delivered desert food that appeared old the pizza was warm. Wrong wing flavor. I had to drive all the way to the store to bring it back. I was made a new order and refunded but the fact that I was home not planning on leaving hence why I ordered delivery is very annoying and inconvenient that I had to do that. I will not be ordering from that store anymore. Too bad it is my location delivery. If they don’t have enough drivers for delivery then they should not take those orders or the drivers should make sure they are keeping the food hot. They are making multiple deliveries and not keeping the quality of the food.

Omg, this will be my only papa John’s I go to… like from the way the phone was answered, to the customer care/service, to the promptness. Let’s 1st start with the fact that pizza chains are considered fast food so you don’t expect to be treated and greeted with kindness and concern. At least in my opinion amd experience. But Keyvn(sorry if I spelled it wrong) was understanding to my situation and He was able to resolve it for me. I basically placed the order online and it didn’t give you the option to add toppings on my specific pizza. So when I called the store he was more than happy to adjust it and it was ready for pick up when I arrived. I’m not the one to leave long reviews but when something’s great and the service is just as good I’m happy. Simple. This is the only papa John’s I’ll be going to Considering I went to one last week and the only thing good about the place was the pizza. But I’m the type of person I come for service as well. You guys keep up the great work And I will be back. Thank you so much for everything.

Unfortunately something change…. Now the pieces of meat/vegetables they are too big, they are not proportionate and they are not correctly filling the entire pizza. these “small” changes completely modify the flavor of the pizza and I think this is a detail that should be taken seriously by management.

Always great pizzas and great service. My great grandfather used to buy pizza here almost 30 years ago. Amazing but they still have the same manager! He’s a very professional and highly motivated manager. No matter the issue he’s happy to help and quick to resolve.

Pizza is great, but employees really needs to improve their customer service. Ordered the food online at 6:29pm and got the text message told me the food is ready for pick up at 6:41pm. I’m those on time person and never late, got there The lady in the front told me the order is not done when I got there, and just left me there and walked away. After over 30 minutes waiting of course I got inpatient and asked the other guy works there, when can I have my order? He told me still needs to wait for my other food, I just want my money back and leave, and I had told the cashier lady, she refused to give me my money back and keeps me wait for the order. How horrible is this experience? I can’t even get my money back since they wasted my time, and I don’t have the right to get my refund? What kind of customer service is there? This will be my last time there, and for real to work on the training!
