I placed an order over the phone to pick up while staying at a hotel in the area. The lady that answered the phone was very polite, attentive and very quick! I only ordered a simple two large pepperoni pizza. By the time I reach to pick it up pizza was ready hot and fresh. Did I mention it was 11pm at night? The pizza hit the spot y’all. I will be ordering again whenever I return.

Was in Miami visiting. Ordered a pizza and it was delivered COLD! Called to complain and ask for a refund and the manager was extremely nasty about it. He claim his name is MICHAEL! “MICHAEL” refused to give a refund. He then says, “I’ll get my driver to just come back to pick the pizza up and then I’ll give you your refund.” We were just fine with that. We just wanted our money back since we didn’t touch the cold pizza. They came and got the pizza and NO REFUND was ever given. Once we called back to say, hey we gave it a week and no money has been put back into our account, the store manager then says, “why you call back a week later?” We called back a week later because we thought the refund was processing.. come to find out he never gave us a refund. So now he’s refusing to give us our money back. He claim he have to speak to his “supervisor” about the matter. My spouse asked the manager for the supervisor name or # he said he couldn’t tell us a name or give us a # because his supervisor info is “private”. We tried our best to handle this situation as best as we could. The manager hung up in my spouse face and refused to give us our money back to a pizza he literally made his worker come back to pick up! This is disgusting! They need to find a better person to manage this location.

Don’t order here. It’s an unclean location; it stunk when I went to pick up my pizza. The service and management are horrible, so I wouldn’t advise anyone to allow them to prepare your food. My pizza was undercooked and I vowed never to return.

The same employee that took my order, then made the pizza without gloves on, then, washed her hands after, and then 15 minutes later, I was charged by the same person handling the money. I think they were just short on staff and saving on cost, but it’s not sanitary to be the cashier and then handle the condiments to make Pizza without protection. these day’s it should be the norm, and to be expected for a food handler.

Well, yeah delivery is a issue but the food is good. The size of it, toppings and price. Yes, it’s your typical first class Italian pizza but it does the job. At the moment pick up recommended try it delivery in a month or so.

Horrible service. Sent me the wrong order then the manager argued with me about the refund. Said he would only refund if they sent the driver back for it and I agreed. The driver never came back. When I called one hour later he lied and said the driver returned but a woman said it was ok we would keep the order. I live alone! Instead of apologizing and immediately issuing a refund he argued again and said he would send another driver back now two hours after I ordered despite me telling him I have to leave my house and then hung up on me. The absolute worst service imaginable. Never ever order from this trash restaurant.

This has got to be the worst Papa Johns in the whole US. I’ve ordered about 30 times online in the past and never had a problem because I always pay with PayPal. The only time I’ve payed with cash I got charged more than what the original price online was. I payed with a 20$ bill and received 5.02 and the price for my large pizza was 12.84( the printed receipt in my pizza) Either prices are deceiving or I got scammed. I will never ever in my life order from Papa Johns again thanks to this terrible experience. I know I received some of the cash I needed to receive but I will never order again from this franchise!
