I had the worst service in the history of the world from this Papa John’s. First it took me 30 minutes to get through to them. Next they claimed they delivered my order and they never did. I called them back and they said they would send a new order out.

Whoever owns this franchise Papa John’s should terminate all the workers that work here tonight. I hate to say this but I agree with all the bad reviews. Your better off getting pizza off Lincoln rd mall at least it tastes 10000x better with better service. My pizza was ready for a good 20 mins and the cashier was just wandering around instead of giving my pizza. Also they do not answer the phone because they are “busy”

Awful Customer Service. Asked if my Garlic was in box upon pick up, was told yes, bozlx sealed shut. Got home, no garlic and pizza was not cut. Called in and Manager Oscar said there was nothing he could do about it.

No Papa John’s store in Miami can beat this one when it comes to worst customer service. The guy preparing the pizzas for some reason loves to show his underwear to the clients. The stuffed crust pizza was really epic! Half of the pizza slices were pure crust. Whole staff needs to be replaced, if not the franchisee.

I Have ordered pepperoni pizzas a hand full of times from this location and it’s been okay. I decided to go with Ultimate Pepperoni because it claimed to have more pepperoni. It did not. I called to inform the manager and he passed the blame on to trainees and admitted that ultimate pepperoni infact does not have more even though the description claims to be 30% additional pepperoni. After the less than pleasant conversation with the manager I won’t be ordering from this location again.

This place is truly horrible! I ordered my pizza and the lady got her and refused to go upstairs to bring it I was called the manager did not handle it said I had to wait another 40 minutes I can understand if she wanted us to go downstairs but that wasn’t even mentioned she hung up and never came upstairs and then the manger had the nerves to tell
