My order at $72.Was far below standards. The crust was stale. The ranch dressing when opened had mole on it( picture taken).My grand kids barely ate anything. You are located in a black urban area, your food should be fresh and better not worse SMH. Shame!! Won’t order from you again.

Order a pizza, and it never came, was that it was canceled but found it later or never was. Was always told I would get my refund in 24 hours, that never came, called customer service and was told to wait 48 hours for someone from management to call me. Guess you know, never got that call

I ordered a 2 pizzas and a cookie tonight. The delivery guy called me and told me to come to his car. He refused to walk to my door. The delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I informed him. He went back to his car. I thought he was getting the correct order but he drove off. I went to the physical store and ask to speak to his manager. She refused to come out to speak to me. Then the delivery guy called me back and says he realize he gave me the wrong order. I told him I’m at the store. I asked the store for them to correct my order. They stated for me to wait for the delivery guy to come to the store. He came after completing his delivery requesting for me to give him the wrong order. I said no. Why would you want it back? In attempt to delivery it? They need to provide the other customer with a fresh , new order. I continued asking to speak to the manager. She refused to come out from the back and calls me stating You got your pizza and hung up. What type of customer service is this !? She needs to attend a course on managerial skills because she has none. I’m highly offended by the way I was treated especially having given them a heavy tip .

Really, check your pizza from this place. They throw a little topping on the pizza and barely any cheese. The reason I gave 3 stars is that the manager remade the pizza properly and apologized for the bad service. The atmosphere is a 0, employees yelling at each other and the cashier was so unprofessional, it almost cause an incident with one of the patrons. I hate when people take jobs they don’t want to do.

yo NEVER order from this place. i placed an order for a large pizza and the driver never came but marked it as delivered. i called the store 40 minutes before closing and I’ve been put on hold, no one answered they just closed the store. so i just lost my money.
