The basic cheese pizza I received was burned. The Buffalo wings I received BARELY had Buffalo sauce on them. I asked for well done wings…not pizza. They gave me the opposite. Not to mention I was there to pick the pizza up as soon as it was finished. This is what I got for $30. Never again.

I tried. I really tried. I’ve ordered from here over 10 times and each time I get a few things, but every single time the cheese pizza has been abysmal. After the first few times of getting a plain cheese pizza I tried ordering extra cheese, I tried ordering extra of the extra cheese, I tried ordering the NY style special, and it always comes exactly the same, barely any cheese whatsoever and overcooked. This is at least 10 times over the last year and I’m not exaggerating. The only reason I kept ordering is because I’ve heard it’s the “healthier” of the fast food pizza options (I know how that sound but that not what this is about), but it’s also significantly more expensive than dominoes, and they can’t get a plain cheese pizza right!!! I’m going back to dominoes because you get “better” “tasting” and “looking” pizza for half the price, and you don’t get ripped off when you ask for extra cheese. I’ll miss the garlic sauce though…

I once placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up. Paid for it, checked the boxes and saw they forgot the honey mustards and extra pizza sauce I ordered. I asked the new lady over there for my sauces. She said she didn’t see it in the order despite the fact that she had the receipt in hand and didn’t even bother to look at it to check. She ironically points to the paper ticket saying that the sauces ordered are usually printed there. I quickly point out that the honey mustards and pizza sauce are printed there. Immediately she says “okay, chill.” I wasn’t even trying to give her an attitude when I pointed it out. Honestly they shouldn’t even let her near the register or talk to customers if she can’t even admit that she was wrong about one little thing like forgetting to put the sauces I ordered in the boxes. Just have a little humility and admit when you’re wrong. It’s not a big deal. Everyone makes mistakes.

Good pizzas!! Really good the Epic Stuffed Crust style, even though it wasn’t as toasted as I asked for it, I think we have to be more specific adding a note, not selecting the option from the menu. I placed my order at 8:39. After calling repeatedly and being placed on hold for over 20 minutes at a time by Joseph, I finallyreceived my pizza at 11:10. My pizza was cold and the driver Marco Antonio held the pizza wrong bc it looked like it was hung on one side. Honestly I feel like I deserve a refund. This is the worst experience ever. My order number is 930769813. I hope corporate reaches out to me.

The folks at this location are awesome! super friendly! the managers Sonia and Mimi are very attentive. The folks that made the pizza even asked how did it come out. SHE ASKED if I liked it. That was super detailed on their part.the pizza and wings were done to perfection. They also reminded me of the Miami heat special which I didn’t even know about it. The best Papajohns location thus far. You made me a regular. Thank you all!!

If I could have given zero stars I would have . We have ordered from this store for many years but lately the quality of personnel as well as the quality of pizza has decline dramatically. I was told to order in the app when I called because they couldn’t take the order over the phone . I did so thinking maybe they are just at capacity so I’ll go and pick up in person . I wanted to do so also because upon previous orders they have sent old pizzas or just bad one and even other peoples pizzas by error.
