We ordered a pizza and they delivered it with no cheese when we only ordered it with less sauce. The manager then offered a credit but the next time we called to order a new pizza a horrifically rude manager picked up, we asked for his name and he repeatedly would hang up, yell, and curse just because we asked for his name.

They always get your order wrong every time I order from this store. And don’t bother calling to complain because the manager will not fix the issue. They just say sorry! They charged me for something I did not get and When I called they wanted me return the pizza they delivered!! Really how ridiculous! Are they gonna eat it saggy and cold like that after more than 20 min in traffic. At least let me get a refund or only charge me for what you actually delivered! Stay away

When you call to order pizza they say 15 minutes. When you arrive to pick up the pizza, the order is not ready and you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. This has already happened 3 times where we call well in advance and they dont start making your pizza until you arrive

Worst customer service. I ordered a delivery and never got it, when I called to ask what I can do about it the manager said “honestly I don’t know”, after 10 more calls I was able to speak to another person over the phone who told me that delivery guy took it to front desk of my building (my apt number was in the address) and workers of front desk told him they didn’t order anything so he left without trying to contact me in any way. I asked for refund .
