Ordered two pizzas, only received one, they weren’t even interested in helping, all they would say is come pick it up but it’s their fault they didn’t hand it to the Uber driver, we’re on vacation and don’t have a car and why would we pay for delivery again/gas (if we had a car) for their own mistake? Paid for priority because we were starving, my mom is allergic to gluten and wheat, she has to take pills at a certain hour as well but she wasn’t able to because of this. Terrible service and also the pizza that did arrive wasn’t even properly cut. Would add photos but I can’t take a photo of a pizza that didn’t arrive.

Terrible experience, will never buy from Papa John’s again. We ordered online and were informed Pizza would be delivered in 50 minutes. One hour and 30 minutes later and no pizza. Tried to call took 20 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to someone. We were then informed that they did not have a delivery driver and the pizza was ready but would have to be picked up. No one can call you after and order is placed to tell you it can not be delivered. THIS IS UNACCECPTABLE!!! I asked to refund the delivery charge of $5 and the tip they added for delivery of $9. I was told they could return the $5 delivery charge but they could not refund the $9 tip. So I paid them $9 for me to PICKUP my own pizza. I will never do business with this company again. If I could give them negative stars I would. -5 stars on a 5 star rating.

The most tasteless pizza in the universe. Order # 930153427 from the 127 and 8st in Miami, FL. Paid for extra pepperoni and got a single pepperoni on each slice. I will never order from Papa John’s ever again. Even the Costco pizza you buy at their food counter is 1000% better than this garbage.

Place is always busy but the pizzas are always fresh and ready on time. Donovan is great, has lots of patience, & will make sure you get what you want. They are your regular local pizza place, but remember there’s always those times you get delayed orders or wrong orders.
