Worst experience I have ever had at a Papa Johns and I used to work at one. As soon as I walk in she yells “pick up” I didn’t know if it was a question or a state clearly it was a question to me but that’s not how you address customers walking into your store as a manager. My pizza literally looks like someone just put a bunch of veggies in the middle of the pizza in half. When I complained she said that’s what you ordered and walked away. I will never put business here again. The poor guy working the oven looked over it the way this lady was talking. Fire her and get a new store manager please.

Only reason as to why I’m giving you guys 2 stars instead of 1 was cause the pizza was made on time . Everything else on this order was a disaster. Stuffed crust pizza had no cheese in it cause it popped out of the crust. I also ordered that cheese pizza with EX. Cheese but somehow I saw more marinara than cheese (most of the cheese you see is from the crust) . The new Oreo stuffed bites were by far the worst part. They were dryer than the desert, no cream inside and no drizzle at all! Very disappointed. Can’t even call and complain cause nothing gets resolved with this store they try to offer you a discount for your next order .

Wow I love the NBA but yesterday the Miami heat was at home and they were slammed with orders. The guy at the counter said honestly the wait will be at least an hour and half I still ordered I was hungry . The guy took my order and I waited for about 30-45 minutes and to my surprise my was handed to me early. Great service but at this point fast food isn’t impressive anymore. I ordered a XL Pepperoni NY style it felt old even though it was fresh

Worse decision I made. The only reason why I gave a 2 is because I spoke to another manager about this a couple days later and they sounded like that cared. I stayed at a hotel that had local pizza company’s which I’ve always supported but I had a taste for Papa John’s. I was emailed that it would be 40 min on delivery. I waited 1 hr so I went down stairs (stayed at a hotel) to catch the driver then called to see how long he would be. Manager put me on hold for several min which is understood because “they were busy” no problem. He tells me give the driver 10 minutes he’s on his way. I waited 30 min with my tip on hand and called back explaining I’ve been standing outside since our last conversation and he never showed.. Put me on hold and told me the driver put the pizza in my hand and that it was delivered. So that was insulting. After a min of non reasoning I asked for my refund. I don’t do bad reviews because I understand people need their jobs but I expected greater customer service out of the manager.

If I could put 0 stars I would!!! I ordered a pizza at 2:35pm for delivery. It is now 5pm and I still have not received the pizza. The delivery person (Sonte) states he delivered the pizza but I DID NOT receive the food. This is unacceptable and fraudulent! I need a refund!

How can I explain how disgusting this place is the lady in the front with the accent is extremely rude. I simply asked her if my order was in and she told me I don’t know then I asked another gentleman can you please tell me if my orders in because I saw a lot of pizza being made, and he went ahead and he helped me, after standing there for 15 minutes I ended up leaving with all my pizza because I thought it was the most disgusting environment ever they don’t wear gloves as they’re making the pizza a driver walked in instead of washing his hands he was on top of the pizza serving it this place is extremely disgusting rude and I don’t recommend for you to eat here

Don’t order here if you are hungry. The food takes forever and will be cold when you get it. You will be luck of it is even correct. Ive lived here my whole life and this is my local store. I havent evverrrr gotten my order right. Ive been on hold 10 minutes and counting waiting for a manager to get on the phone. My order was an hr and 15 minutes late, cold, wrong and now i get to wait on hold.

Ordered 2 pizzas. The driver had them in his car for over an hour after he left the store. Once he arrived, the driver handed me 2 boxes which were not even closed. They were literally wide open. Both pizzas were BURNT, COLD and were flooded with sauce. We were frequent customers so I called the store. The manager was rude and wanted me to wait outside for the driver to come back so he could get “proof.” Proof? The manager already knew that the driver had the pizzas in his car for over an hour before came to my house because I called him. Try another location since apparently new management in this store is subpar.

They’ll miss items you order, say they can give you credit, but don’t let you use the credit by putting you on hold for 45 minutes or until you give up if you’re more patient than I was. Thievery.
