We order from this location a lot but this last order was surprisingly disappointing. The pizza looked like it was cut by a kid in kindergarten. Tasted good thankfully but I’ll just let the pictures do the talking. Also, the employee on the phone advised no payments can be made online for carryout orders. Very untrue because we had ordered and paid online for carryout this past Sunday. They need new employees.

Terrible location with rude staff. One was openly prejudicial to me. She made several insulting remarks to my face, not realizing I understood the slang references. (Complained and managers never responded.) The rude rep messed up what I ordered. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to remake the pizzas. The same rude counter rep never apologized for her mistake (the shift supervisor did, which was one nice thing that Inexperienced there). I FEEL PAPA JOHNS SUCKS NOW – The push for app use is annoying as they’re still updating and fixing it all the time. They don’t answer the phone locally anymore – it seems the ad numbers go to a phone bank and usually just play a recording to use the app for faster service. SEVERAL DEALS ARE NOW ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE APP, WHICH IS ALWAYS BEING UPDATED AS THEY LEARN WHERE IT FALLS SHORT OF MEETING CUSTOMER NEEDS.

Placed an order. They called after 45 minutes saying they can’t deliver. Options were to cancel or make it delivery. No apologies. No ownership of their mistake. Why wait for 44 mins to say they can’t deliver? Horrible customer service!

The pizza was made half and half one half had the majority of the toppings the other half barely had any toppings, spots on the pizza didn’t have any toppings at all the dough got inflated and that’s how they sent it to me very disappointed……

This is the worst place to order pizza from they like to make the pizza and leave about 2.5 inches from the border without any toppings like you’re asking for toasted bread they don’t realized that if you’re ordering a pizza is because you want pizza and not bread, This has happened before and I submitted the pictures to the manager Jessica today I did as well all or the little toppings that the pizza had was on the middle, if you offer 5 toppings then put 5 toppings don’t say 5 toppings and the pizzas barely has 2

Everytime I place an order here for pick up I get the you’re ready for pick up notification and when I come it’s never ready. I have to wait an additional 10 mins . I don’t know if they like to notify people to come to show their corporate end that they are delivering or finishing orders on time. But it’s getting annoying .
