I ordered online and when I received the order I received a 14 in large, I thought 16in is large no matter if it’s epic stuffed crust…I didn’t know a Hawaiian pizza came with out the pineapple? and instead they placed an explosion of onions. When I called to let them know it took long for them to decide what they were going to do, and let them to send me the right pizza. I have been waiting for past 45 min. No replacement pizza.. huh! Isn’t it 45 min or less is it free? Very disappointed on the customer service and overall resolution. Still waiting…. For the pizza….going on to an hour… last time I order from here.

HORRIBLE customer service! I placed an order for my daughter’s BIRTHDAY PARTY, and our pizza never showed up. When I called, I was told that they could NOT do ANYTHING to help us at all because they didn’t have enough employees to make our pizza. WHAT?! How do you have an OPEN pizzeria and no employees to make pizza? SUCH A JOKE! I called and filed a complaint, I was told I would receive a call back between 48-72 hours. NOPE, never heard back from them. PATHETIC!

I ordered two cheese pizza for kids party, they messed up the order and put mushrooms and peperoni. They agreed to remake it and redeliver after we called. After a period of time we called and they changed their mind and decided to not remake the pizza and deliver. So we ordered from a different restaurant. Mistakes happen but they deliberately messed up our kids bday party so I won’t be ordering back

I would say check your boxes before you leave. Our garlic bread sticks were burnt and they didn’t give us the pizza sauce. After I tipped and signed my receipt I said thank you have a good night and not one of the 4 employees standing right there said anything. Poor costumer service and poor food 🙁 upsetting to right this because we love papa John’s

(They always deliver super fast. The Papa Johns Pizza tastes really good and we love the sides. The drivers are always polite and nice.) EDIT: I wrote that 3 years ago so I guess much have changed since then because I came back here to write a review and see that the place has a lot of one stars and I came back here because I want to change my rating too. The new manager is really rude and care nothing about giving good service so he doesn’t deserve a 5 stars. The drivers might still be nice but the manager is definitely NOT.

Typically the delivery drivers here are great, but I recently had a disappointing experience with (I assume) a new delivery driver. His name was either Brandon or Landon. On top of being 10 minutes late, I asked for a no contact delivery because my grandma lives with me and is immunocompromised, yet he came to the door anyway. Also, I opened the door and he was on his phone with headphones in. Overall I felt like he was very disrespectful and impolite in comparison to the standard that the other drivers set. I will say the pizza was delicious and i’ve ordered from here multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience.

Ordered plain cheese pizzas for a kids birthday party. The order came wrong – they promised they would redeliver and then never did. When I called back the manager basically said ‘not my problem’ as it was a delivery service, even after I explained the other employee had promised to remake them and we had been waiting on the pizza. We were left hanging with hungry kids at a party. Would have paid double to just get the right pizzas redelivered. They were so unkind and unhelpful. We ordered from a different local restaurant who made our pizzas correctly in about 15 minutes and saved the day. Would never order from Papa John’s again. Not just that a mistake happened but that the manager was so unkind in their response and unwillingness to remake the pizza (after the other employee promised to take care of it!). Didn’t even let me know, just decided not to do it. Order anywhere else, trust me. Their pizza is not worth the hassle either way
