Ordered a cheese pizza with LIGHT cheese, EXTRA sauce. Order came with extra cheese light sauce. Great. No big deal, we’ll just call and have them swap it our or get a refund no problem. We call and the lady on the line denies we got our order the way we wanted? Then for some reason she had an attitude “well what do you want me to do” “you want me to bury it in sauce” “i made it myself” like first of all the order is wrong, second of all why are you having an attitude just because you don’t know how to make a pizza. Then she graciously offered us to bring back the pizza to swap it out. Didn’t want to leave home after we both work 6am-8pm shifts at the clinic and hospital just to deal with an attitude again so said whatever.

Probably the strangest combination of topings I have ever ordered. It’s also the strangest looking pizza I have ever seen too. I pulled half of it to eat. The center was thin and floppy. And the cheese crust was overly “fluffy”. When I asked why it was so fluffy I received the excuse because it’s cheese crust. (October 2021)

We always order here late night and have never had an issue! The pizza is always hot and delicious too. We live less than 10 mins away so we just drive to pick it up. Our order is just a regular pepperoni pizza. The garlic sauce is perfect for dipping!

pizza sizes have shrunk. I just ordered 3 “large” pizzas and what i received is a joke. I cant imagine what a small or medium size would get you. time to move on from papa johns

Okay. I just ordered 2 pies from Papa Johns. Usually I have a pleasant experience. Today I came home with my pies and one of them were wrong. I spoke with the Manager Kayla and she was so rude and hostile. She than spoke with my daughter who was explaining the situation and she hung up on us. I called back and had to calm Kayla down. I explained I didn’t curse or yell unlike she did and simply requesting a refund. Kayla finally agreed but with her attitude, she shouldn’t be working in food service anywhere.

If i could leave a zero i would! On Halloween I placed a order online In the app at 3Pm for delivery at 745. A hour passes that evening I finnally call to see where my order was. We had just come back from trick or treating starving. Expecting my 3 pizzas to have been delivered already. I speak with someone who was very very rude and they tell me they ate 3 hours behind!!! Mind you i placed my order hours ahead of time. A call or heads up would have been nice or thoughful. Even a notification on my app of some sort! At 845pm on a monday night i dont want my order at midnight!!! Anyways after i asked her why i was t called he hung up on me. On purpose because i asked for her name. Then i call back ask to speak with the manager and she says im speaking i asked why wasnt i Notified prior to my delivery time that my pizza would be running behind three hours. She said they were very busy I asked for her name so I can call the HR department and she hung up on me. She said they were aware of it. (I highly doubt that) I’m sure they will be very thrilled to hear about this and how their manager is hanging up on their clientele. Rude as can be! I will be contacting HR regarding the manager at this location.
