Never got my food. They canceled. Called them and the worker or “management” was incapable of solving the issue. She straight up ignored me and never picked back up the phone. Absolute trash employees. And they’re ignoring the call. Good job. What happen to America. Defend this country for what? Trash employees at this one. They need to be monitored. If I could I would give this place a 0 stars , placed an order online at 9:40pm with 45-55 minutes arrival. After an hour with no text messages updates or on the website I’ve called the place to check what’s up, was waiting for a manager to answer over 7 minutes and was on hold on and off while hearing screaming in the background. When the manager answered he said the website is supposed to show that it will take 1:30-2hrs…. I would never place an order , eventually the delivery man came gave him a tip and didn’t take the pizza this whole experience made me pass on eating

My order was an hour late and cold. I have a 3 year old and we are on a schedule and it threw off my entire night for a cold pizza. At 40 dollars this is beyond unacceptable. When I called to speak to the manager he refused to accept any blame or offer anything to me at all and was rude. Never go to this place.

They will literally have your pizza ready in 10 min. Feels like there is no wait time. We only order 1-2 large pizzas but at every other place wait time is longer. We also always pick up our own pizza as it’s just a short distance. Staff is also really nice, say hello to our toddler and all. My mother-in-law from NY loves their pizza lol. They give a small container of garlic sauce and a banana pepper for each pizza, which I love.

The food options seemed as though they were created to cater our specific tastes. When my wife asked me to check the tracker app, the delivery driver was already on our street; so the delivery time was amazing. The food was hot & good and made exactly as we specified. 5 custom pizzas made to order and delivered that fast was something I’d never experienced in my 35 years on this planet.
