This has been the worst food I have ever seen this particular time. I ordered online, cheesesticks and some jalapeño poppers. All the food looks terrible and tastes old, I called to get a refund and the manager asked what happened I explained and he said ok thanks and hung up with a bad attitude. I called again and asked, do you have my information for the refund? You just hung up without asking anything? He said yes, and that he will reimburse the tip that I gave the delivery driver and hung up again. I dont want my tip reimbursed, yet he would not let me speak just hangs up. What kind of service is this? I used to order all the time, never again.

This store is unbelievable slow and does not know how to prioritize. I walked in and wait 5 minutes to be attended then they finally tell me it will be 25 minutes on any order I place. The store is empty. They are making online orders. They cannot take care of the customer who walked in the store? All I wanted was a papida.

Spent over $31 on a large pizza with delivery. It was missing the garlic sauce & the pepperoncini. Staff didn’t seem to care. Manager promised me a redelivery of the pizza and it never happened. They lie and there’s no quality control . Ban this location.

Gross! Gross! Gross! I don’t know what happened to Papa John’s. But this time we ordered pizza the dough wasn’t not the same. I honestly could not tell the difference between their dough or literally a cardboard. The bread was stiff, tough and very hard to swallow. In my opinion, fresh ingredients are no longer a factor. I’ve noticed for the last several times that the quality of their pizza has been drastically falling. This time was the last time for me. Never again! I’d rather spend a significantly larger amount of money to get fresh, quality food! There are WAY too many places in this area that I can get what I pay for, and Papa John’s is NOT it. So beware! Papa John’s isn’t what it use to be. -100 stars

This papa johns is the closest to me so I try to order from here. It never fails that each time I order there is a problem with the delivery. They end up never delivering my pizza but definitely charging me. Just this past Tuesday, the same thing happen again. I contacted the store, where a manager by the name of Nicole spoke to me and assured me that my money would be refunded since the driver never made to me with my pizza and he was back at the store. Today I call back because the amount cleared from my account and it was never refunded only to receive the worst customer service experience. Nicole (manager) left me on hold and would not take my calls only to send some other girl to tell me to dispute it with my bank. This place is a joke.. I will be contacting corporate for a formal complaint being that this is an ongoing issue with this location. Anyone makes a mistake or 2… but EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?! Something is definitely wrong!

I’ve ordered from this store plenty of times. But the last 2 times has been really bad. Over and hour and a half. Our pizza was cold, our driver got lost and drove back to the store without a word. This most recent time we gave the driver step by step instructions and he said he was giving up and going back to the store. I called the store to complain and NO ONE answered the phone. I called multiple times and no answer at all. The professionalism or lack thereof is appalling. I won’t be ordering from this store again. Customer service is abhorrent. Will be contacting corporate as soon as I’m done writing this review.
