Very good and probably the better of all takeouts. However, if you schedule a pick up in advance, be aware that your pizza may likely come out of the oven 20 to 30 minutes before your pick up. Thus ensuring that when you pick it up, it will not be hot although it may still be warm. I would suggest showing up a minimum of 15 minutes, If not a half an hour before your scheduled pick up time if you want a truly hot pizza.

Here’s a picture of the BoGo coupon that expires in 3 days that they won’t let me use! I’m getting the runaround! The code won’t work online, online team says I need to have the store do it, the store says the online team has to. Basically PapaJohns is sending out FAKE BOGO deals they refuse to honor! We were moving into our new home and our toddler was hungry and we were trying to use this as it is intended! What a SCAM! Thanks for proving you do HORRIBLE business Papa Johns Wesley Chapel!

I received no notice at all that my food was delivered. I just happened to open my door and see it sitting on the railing of my porch getting rained on. When I checked my camera it had been out there for 43 minutes. Who would leave pizza outside in the rain? It wasn’t like a sudden shower. It was a heavily rainy day. No text, no email, no knock at the door. When I called the store it was like talking to people who don’t quite understand the English language. I threw it away and gave up on a refund. I will never order here again.

I ordered pizza today. I asked for delivery. I didn’t notice anything that said leave at my door. Maybe it was there. But it seems like they would at least send you a text or an email because I filled out the contact information for notifications. I was going to the store and I noticed my pizzas sitting out in the rain. I’m throwing it away. I am so sick of dealing with Papa John. $80 down the drain.

I’ve ordered delivery from this store for a few years now and am rarely disappointed with food or delivery. My pizzas are as ordered, the food is great-looking and great-tasting, and delivered in a very timely fashion. I even post photos of my pizza on Facebook. Don’t forget your double chocolate brownie for dessert! I’d ding a quarter of a star for crooked cuts on my brownies but since that’s not possible I’ll stick with the 5-star review.
