Management is unprofessional. Food is disgusting. I asked for a refund. Manager refused. I will be disputing charge with my bank. If I paid for handtoss don’t give me what you want. Give me what I paid for. And garlic knots are super burnt.

Was told my food went with the delivery driver and the guy inside said he was going to make me FRESH food and it would be ready in 10 minutes since I was on my break and had to get back to work. Instead of him making me fresh food within that 10 minutes he waited for the delivery lady to get back with my food. I was standing right outside when the delivery lady pulled back up. She had my food ON HER DASH BOARD!!! It wasn’t even in the red pizza bag that they should be in when deliveries are made. I get inside to get my “fresh” food he was suppose to make me and he hands me the box of food that was on the ladies dash board sitting out where she was breathing all on it and ac was making my food cold. When I said something to the kid he then gave me attitude about it saying the food wasn’t cold, the food was definitely cold when I took a bite from it. When I had said something to him about my food being cold he said he would make me fresh food if I had an issue with the first one but it would take ANOTHER 10 minutes to make. At this point I hardly had time to even eat before I had to get back to work from my break. Never got fresh food had to eat the cold food. As for the employees y’all shouldn’t be telling people you’re going to make them fresh food when you have no intentions of keeping your word and making FRESH food after one of your other employees been driving around with your food for 40 minutes in a car with ac on. Not okay at all. And for the delivery driver, you shouldn’t be driving around with other peoples food outside if that red pizza bag. It’s unsanitary and gross.

This is the worst Papa Johns in the area. My Pizza crust and pizza was hard. The people there look sweaty and not clean. When I picked up my pizza a driver was randomly opening boxes of pizza that was cut and ready for pick up and looking at them. I’m pretty sure she didn’t wash her hands. I really don’t understand why. Just a bad experience all together.

Save your $$ and find a good mom & pop pizzeria in the area. Tonight I was given cold, dry (sauce less) and hard as a rock (crust) pizza. I guess it’s to be expected when the place is being ran by teenagers.

I have to give kudos to this location for handling a debit card issue swiftly and professional. I placed my order online and never received a confirmation email. I called this location and the employee calmly explained that they were having issues with online orders and if I don’t see a refund in my checking account to call a specific number. I placed my order with her and a few minutes later I received a call from another employee advising that the order was cancelled and I should see a refund in my account. She was absolutely correct! The pizza tasted great and I would definitely return to this location!

Pizzas good, staff is obviously a bunch of unprofessional highschool kids that think it’s acceptable to throw condiments at one another and friends they’ve invited to hang out in the store. Definitely should rethink some of your night staff.
