I was told my rewards wasn’t accepted because they couldn’t figure it out basically so didn’t get my rewards. Tried to speak to the boss but manager on duty said it was impossible. Never shopping at papa johns again thanks 10:10pm 7/18/23

Ok so I realized that I accidentally didn’t tip the guy the full amount I would have liked to. I misread the receipt so I ended up undertipping. I feel really bad so I’m giving you guys a 5 star review. Also because it was insanely fast. I think my delivery guy’s name was Stan so tell him I’m super sorry. I ordered a Hawaiian with regular sauce well done and what I got was basically no sauce. The pizza was also cold. Not like I remember Papa to be like in the past. Very disappointed. I have switched to Dominos thinking they would get it right but….damn….wishful thinking! Now Papa is on the same route.

Unless you like refrigerator cold pizza don’t order from here. Manager didn’t apologize or offer to make right. Was cold because my pizza delayed because no driver to deliver,texted would be delayed so it sat there for 3o min from time of text to delivery. Maybe longer cuz it was a cheese pizza so probably done in 20 so sat there 40 min. Refrigerator cold. Unless you wanted COLD pizza don’t order from this location!!!!!

When I ordered my pizza, online it said 15 minutes to pick up and when I arrived I just waited for the manger and employees to notice that I was ready to pick up my pizza I even saw my pizza in the pick up area. and so I waited 10 minutes to pick up my pizza they kept on talking till they noticed I was there. When the manager gave me the pizza they didn’t apologize for the wait. (They should pay closer attention to there job.)

I have been ordering from this place form the past two years. I love the place because how friendly and great customer service they had. Now, they have a new manager that think of him self as a “god”. Very rude and disrespectful that don’t even know how to talk to people.
