This Popa Johns pizza at 4231 Gun Hwy in Tampa FL. is just terrible . Bad quality bad customer service the girl that took my order had a bad attitude she put extra sauce that I didn’t request I ordered a white sauce onion and extra chicken stuff crust square cut pizza ever slice all the toppings are sliding off and there’s hardly any chicken on this pizza

Philip was amazing! My apartment can be difficult to locate for deliveries, especially when it’s dark since there’s virtually no external lighting, but I was extremely pleased with my order. In our short interaction, Philip was personable, kind, and provided excellent service. He also located my apartment with ease. I don’t usually order from Papa John’s, but it will quickly become my pizza of choice if the whole team is as awesome as Philip. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called they took the order confirmed the address. 2 hours later no pizza. Called for an update they said the address was out of their area to deliver. They lied about trying to call back to tell us. No one ever called nor did they try to call. If the did…they where dialing the wrong number. Gross incompetence.

I asked for a pepperoni pizza extra thin and super well done please do not cut until I have reviewed it. Went to pick it up pizza was fat totally undercooked had to be sent through a second time still not adequate. People need to learn to listen when you give them instructions girl dealing with me was not very polite about the situation. I gave Papa John’s another try after I started ordering Dominos a few years back. The service was excellent as always, on time and the person delivering the pie excellent. However the double I ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza and double cheese. Quite frankly it seemed just like a regular pepperoni pizza which I paid $3 more for. Flavor is was OK and the crust which was suppose to be well done was not. 5 star service and delivery but 2.5 – 3 stars for the pizza. Looks like it is back to Dominos which I believe has a better tasting pizza and more toppings.
