I had them remake the pizza 3 times and the same quality with doughy bread and cheese that looked like it wasn’t even cooked. Pizza that is not hot in delivery and chicken that was raw. Disappointment to the papa Johns brand no kizzy that place need to be shutdown almost killed someone with an uncooked pizza like that.

Staff needs better equipment which causes them to get backed up very often. Pizza/cheese sticks are usually soft, chewy and lacking flavor regardless of sauce or seasoning. Best bet is to take it home and reheat/cook it yourself.

ordered food with extra sauces and none of the extra sauces that i ordered came with the food. This has happened too many times at this point so we finally called to find out what could be done. we were LAUGHED at and offered a credit for the sauce of 1.70 but had to eat the food with out the sauces we wanted. manager offered to bring the extra sauces later in the night after the food would be cold and told us that they would not remake the food even though we didn’t get it the way we ordered it. The major problem is the behavior of the manager and staff who treated us extremely poorly and acted like we were bothering them and clearly told us that there was nothing we could do besides receive the tiny credit that we were just out of luck. If this is how they treat customers then i can only imagine what else happens when they are making our food. This place should really have better hiring practices or at least a more responsible person on every shift

The dough was like chewing rubber. The Buffalo pizza was missing cheese on nearly a full slice of pizza and they don’t make good use of the pizza poker as the Alfredo pizza had large deflated “bubbles.” The pizzas arrived quickly but were not worth the $18 and $19 ea in the condition I received them. The manager tonight was HORRIBLE! 1st off they brought me the wrong pizza so the driver took the pizza back to the store told me to call the manager. On hold for like 20 mins until she answered the phone. She then said she would send me out the correct pizza for “free”. 30 mins later got the correct toppings but it was undercooked and stuck to the box. The pizza was falling apart and was a mess!

The worst experience with this peoples.. order a pizza and chicken wings, one and half hour later the food arrive. Driver have a disgusting appearance with no thermal bag, just the 2 boxes on hand in the rain. I ask her why she doesn’t have a thermal bag and she said “they don’t give me one”… food was cool as hell, chesse in the pizza hard as a rock, and same with chicken wings.. call the store and was on hold for 45 minutes…. no one taking my call.
