Ordered multiple times from this establishment, today I ordered for delivery and this was what I saw when I opened the box, that was missing the seal for delivery. I called the store manager immediately and was told “this is not true and that I’m lying to them” to being hung up on. Poor customer service

When i placed my order with papa john’s i was anticipating some really hot cheesy goodness for my pizza. I customised my order online and the first blunder was the estimated delivery time which was 80 minutes (i was already hungry guys….). The delivery time was a lot shorter than expected (45 minutes) and my pizza was still hott! When i saw the pizza, i was honestly expecting something so great that i would never return to my sole Caribbean pizza stop (Dominoes). This pizza just made me want Dominoes more. The dough was too thick, the toppings were too scarce and i could barely taste the difference between the beef and veggie halves of the pizza. I tried it with and without the jalapeno pepper and there was no great change. Tried it with the garlic sauce as well…no big difference. I was honestly disappoined with the delivery time, the taste and the price ( i felt like i paid way too much for one pizza $24). Im not sure i will order papa john’s again.

The store location is great! They have a great team, quick. My issue is that the call center is outrageous, prices are not what they are online and they continue to ask you “would you like this and this” verse listening to the customer for what they actually want. It’s a constant stop and start because your call center is trying to force words/other items on your order. If they just stopped and listen maybe more items would be ordered. I’m mad that my receipt that is sent to my email states 1 specific pizza but when I come home it’s not even the order. Need this fixed with a credit, refund

Almost every time i order from these guys they screw it up. Unbelievable. Last time i ordered they forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza. I mean i have not had a pleasant experience with this place at all. Gonna stop spending my money there and go to Leonis.

The pizza was as you would expect Papa John’s to be. I was impressed with how quick it was ready. It was an off time probably, but it was still ready less than 15 minutes from order time online. Staff were friendly and actually seemed to care some.
