First off we didn’t get any sauce and to make matters worse there was a thick black hair baked into the breadstick that I was two bites into. Lost my appetite and all trust in the Fiddlesticks location as we have been burned by them before on separate issues. I will continue my business with the Cleveland Avenue location as they make excellent pizza and have great customer service.

Only a few days after the storm, I went to Papa John’s. The entire staff was working harder than anywhere I have ever seen. They served huge numbers of customers with a smile. No businesses were open, but they managed to get the job done with excellence! The food was top quality. My gratitude and thanks for an amazing job!

If you are going to order from this location, pay cash! A few days after my order, when I was prepping my expense report, I found that I was charged $10 more than the cost of my order. Someone in the store took it upon themselves to add a generous tip! I don’t have the time or patience to dispute the charge. So enjoy. Your store gets an accurate review, and Papa John’s loses a customer. And not just at this store.

Papa John’s just lost a customer ! Don’t waste time doing delivery with this place – they’re a hot mess. The kid couldn’t figure out how to get past the gate in the Community he called me up and explained do you have to call in and say that you’re delivering a pizza then called me back and said I can’t do this don’t have time now I left with no dinner and out $28 with tip that’s right papa johns has the balls to ask for delivery tips before they F up your delivery!

I have always ordered from papa John’s until today. Extremely terrible customer service, everytime I order there has always been a confirmation text or at least the driver would call me to let me know he is here. After waiting for hours I come to find that my food has already been delivered. I call the store, after being on hold for 40 minutes the manager says that the food has been delivered and hung up. I AM NEVER EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN.

The Papa John’s on Fiddlesticks is the absolute worst place I have ever ordered food from. My pizza was missing the base sauce, so it was just dough, cheese, and meat with an obnoxious amount of crust. There was more crust than pizza. They forgot to add the pineapple I ordered. My bread did not come with any sauce not even the extra sauce I ordered and paid for. My entire meal arrived cold after over a 70 minute wait. My entire experience at Papa John’s on Fiddlesticks was dry, cold, and grotesque.
