First time trying the Pan Pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I order from Papa John’s often, and I was truly surprised by how well this tasted. Great job guys and gals. Every single time I order the Papa John’s Cool Ranch Papadia, there’s a guy that works there, he literally forgets to put the cool ranch seasoning on top of the papadia, like BRUH! HOW DO YOU FORGET to put the seasoning on it!!!!!!!!! That’s the main reason why I ordered it!!!!! That guy has no brains that works there!!!!!!!!

I ordered a simple cheese pizza and boneless wings and put no contact delivery but instead of obeying, the simple, no contact delivery, he kept pounding on my door so I ran downstairs with baby over my shoulders to answer the door as I answer the door my dogs then start running out the door as he tells me he just needs me to sign the receipt since when not only did I sign the receipt he left, and took the half of my receipt with him, and I found it this morning, crumpled up and thrown in a bush the drivers name was Chadwick Bryce

Ordered online 11:15am no issues the delivery time was 30 to 45 min left the store at 11:35am according to the app at 12:30pm order still had not arrived and the driver tracking was turned off I called and spoke to John asking what’s going on with my order no apology or anything just that his driver had multiple deliveries once again I still had no issue. I called once again was put on hold right away then John answered again I said who I was and what was going on and I just wanted to cancel the order he blew up started cursing and finally said I was done cursed back and while he was constantly yelling into the phone I just hung up

This is the worst Papa John’s I have ever had! I’ve ordered a handful of times from them and there is always an issue. Pizza was dropped or something as it was smashed together. The box was uneven when handed to me but I didn’t think anything of it until I opened the box and my whole pizza took up about a third of the box. Did they think I was not going to notice? Lol another order, I ordered extra meat and the pizza was pretty much a cheese pizza and wrong cut. There were only about 3 pieces that had meat, the rest was all cheese. This is the only Papa John’s I have ever had a problem with and it’s consistently poor! I will just pick up my orders from now on at a different location. Thanks for the constant disappointment!!

Zane was very pleasant taking the order on the phone. My wife placed the order, had an active toddler in the background and asked many times for him to repeat things, yet I was so happy to see the situation handled with grace & patience. I don’t really leave many reviews but this guy is a great person to have taking orders as his customer service is stellar and he is not the cliche phone representative that gets irritated quickly. An asset to the team, really!
