Called to order, was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. Little over an hour goes by, no pizza yet so I call to see what’s going on, they are short staffed on drivers, waiting for a doordasher to make it there, was told they just finished making my pizzas and it gave him an estimated 2 minutes for a driver. It’s now been another hour, no pizza, no phone call as to what’s going on with my pizza, and they close in 45 minutes… wonder if it’ll ever come.

Placed an order for delivery tonight around 9 PM, order took until 10:30 PM to show up, both orders of wings were cold and the pizza was cold as well. I understand that 4th of July may get busy, but seriously an hour and a half to wait for your delivery and then it shows up cold and no offer to comp the meal or anything like that. This location is ridiculous. Pretty sad when they can’t keep help and have to utilize door dash drivers for their deliveries. My oh my how sorry y’all have become. I will have to seriously reconsider whether I give you guys another opportunity for my business. Very very dissapointed.

We have ordered from Papa John’s for years. Last order they delivered the sauces and seasonings to the wrong customer. Keep in mind the sauces are not in sealed packaging. They wanted the driver to go to the other house and get my sauces & seasonings back that I paid extra for….. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable with that due to it not being a sealed container…. the lady said…. “Well I don’t think they touched them”….. seriously….why… just why… they could have just offered to credit me or refund the $10ish that I paid for the extras… nope… I asked if they could just credit the account… oh… ok…… never received a credit…. never received a refund for it…. never received a follow up call…. it’s really sad how bad this location has declined. I would tell everyone before this incident about the wonderful employees and the great food. Not anymore. In my opinion, if you will send someone to pick up the sauces from the wrong house… imagine the subpar standards that could potentially be in the actual location. Very disappointed. Thankfully I found a wonderful mom and pop pizza shop in Punta Gorda off of Duncan Rd and they are wonderful. Never again PapaJohns.

Just ordered here last night. I live less than a quarter of a mile away from the store. I ordered all kinds of sauces they didn’t give me the cool ranch sauce. I ordered another sauce that cost $.99. They couldn’t even fill the container up halfway. I wanted the food to arrive at 8:30 PM and arrived at 8:15 PM and it was also cold the garlic Parmesan wings Are disgusting. I think they forgot the sauce. Don’t ever go here.

We ordered a $40 with tip pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and added multiple toppings to create Supreme style pizza. 45 minutes later we received a cheesy Alfredo pizza. We called the store, let them know there had been a mix up and initially were told that they would send us the correct pizza out and we would receive a future pizza for free. An hour later we called them back after still not receiving the pizza we ordered and paid for and were told they were not sending us the pizza we paid for but we would have a future credit. This was on a Wednesday night so not exactly the busiest night of the week. Very disappointing.

After long time I don’t order at this place for personal reason today I just confirmed the this will be the last time ever I buy from this place, I order a large stuff cheese chicken Canadian bacon and mushrooms, for some reason the mushrooms have a very strong flavor not good on taste, I also order a traditional wings and one of the instructions was well done!! Well if u ask for well done item why u sumerge the wings on garlic butter to make the wings saggy!? A cause the wings was hot and butter melts down! Ok I got that but go ez on the dipping so the wing don’t get like that! Any way no more papa John for me.

My husband placed our order online, approximately an hour before I went to pick our food up. For some reason, their system didn’t show any record of his order, so our food wasn’t ready. But I must say the manager went WAY above and beyond to remedy the situation. She was very professional, and kind. We will definitely return to this location in the future. Ordered delivery. $50 for two pizzas, plus delivery fee, plus $10 tip. Website said 45 – 55 minutes. After an hour, I call to see where my food is. Am put on hold for 10 minutes. At that point, I hang up, call back, and start yelling when they “ask” to put me on hold, and cancel my order. Absolutely unacceptable. This is a nice area. Raise prices and hire more people. My night would have been much better if my pizza was $75 and I got it on time!!
