The reason I am giving 3 stars instead 1 star is because of the 2 young ladies who waited on me late night… The online ordering was not working the night I ordered..which I have an account and didn’t get my points I should had definitely received the night I ordered.. and then ordering by calling directly was a nightmare.. I was not allowed to get the online pricing for ??? Reasons.. and when it was time to pick up the order which was supposed to had been delivered but was not for reasons I’m still not sure of.. I called and told them I was coming in directly.. the service given in person was a 360 from calling and other attempts.. I still didn’t get the prices I should had but upon explaining to the young lady what had happened.. she did give me an additional pizza for my trouble ( the order was to originally been 5 pizzas) and she took off 10 bucks.. it still was 20 dollar’s more than online pricing..but because she was so nice and did act apologetic that I believe that makes up for the original mess.. also I’m happy to say the pizza was delicious and fresh tasting.. I can say there definitely appears to be some help needed in this location but the 2 woman who waited on me June 17th, 2023 at 1045pm did upon my request to remedy the issue did try maybe not the way I would had hoped for but they did try and I appreciate that, as well the pizza was good.

Papa John’s is twice the price of Domino’s with half the quality! We ordered from here last night looking for something a bit different than our usual pizza place and we were so disappointed. The crust on both pizzas was hard and barely chewable. The toppings were good except the bubbles in the pizza dough pushed them to one side, making half the pizza just bread and sauce. No effort was made to even try to fix it. I’ve worked in pizza before, you are supposed to pop those bubbles in the oven before they get large and damage the pizza in this way. The other pizza wasn’t even cut. We ordered at 4 pm on a Sunday and it was ready in less than 15 minutes, so it’s not like they were terribly busy and couldn’t control the quality. We’ll never be back.

Quality of pizza has gone down!!! Crust was good. Placement of toppings has more to be desired. Pizza looks like a 5 year old put it together. Toppings not evenly distributed on pizza, was just haphazardly thrown on pizza. I don’t care if you are a teenager working there part time, please take pride in all the work that you do! Also wings, both barbecue and garlic parmesan were undercooked. Very disappointed!!!!

Staff is always nice and easy to talk to every time I’ve been there. I like to joke around and a few of them always pick up on it and give it right back at me. Makes my nite better. Food is always what you expect when in the mood for pizza. Good stuff!

Placed an order for pizza and wings on 2 separate occasions. They delivered the pizza to a different house. First occasion they remade it and delivered it to me with no apology just an attitude and this time driver was lying saying he put it on the purple box like i instructed. I left a green pampers cruisers box out there plus i was watching out the window to see them arrive. I tracked them coming into my neighborhood and 5 minutes later it stated delivered….no car ever pulled up to my driveway and no pizza to be seen. I call them and delivery guy tries to make me out a liar. I will NEVER order there again! They said 3 buisness days for refund and trust me, i will look for the refund….if its not there, i will personally show up and demand one! Update: after i packed up my toddler to go get our food at wendys, i saw my pizza two doors down on my neighbors front door on a purple crate. I video taped my evidence. Looks like the delivery kid needs to go back to school and learn his numbers and learn the difference between a box and a crate. I did talk to the manager again and he did apologize which i appreciated however i wont be ordering from them again and its a shame because i love their pizza

Placed an order at 3:30 online and was told 30 mins for my order. Called at 5pm asking if the driver got lost and expressed that the food will probably be cold since I was notified at 4pm that my order was on the way. The person on the phone expressed that if it’s cold they would make it again and the driver was 5 mins away. Well the food was cold. In fact the surface temp of the food was only 90 degrees. I did not want to wait another hour and a half for food so I just threw it in the microwave and ate it. I spent over $60 plus tip for cold food that took over a hour and a half to get.

We order pizza to eat with family which was veggie pizza clean but since we are Muslim they add things that we didn’t order as meat on our pizza and my wife was super hangry took two slice while we am we were driving back home by the time arriving home open up the boxes I realize that there are pepperoni in the pizza

Been ordering pizza from this location for the last 3 years. 90% of the time I make an order, something is wrong. Either the pizza being burnt and over cooked, or they forgetting to deliver something that I ordered, or 3 pieces of a topping (almost no toppings compared to other pizza places) or like this time, they simply FORGOT to CUT my pizza. Something so simple and stupid. Really guys? Pizza ain’t cheap especially with your outrageous pizza delivery fee and I’m paying for a good service as well. It seems that lots of other people are having similar problems. It’s not papa johns that it’s awful, it’s this particular location on Cape Coral!!!
