Hey if you want the delivery driver to come in and eat your pizza with you at the table, order from this place!! I ordered contacted delivery and the driver arrived walked around my house and property for god knows what reason and then demands that I sign a receipt for my pizzas. Does not bring a pen with him for me to sign so as I take the receipt, he tries to enter my home and come in with me for a pen. Then after calling the store to talk to a manager, I don’t want a refund or anything like that but at least the offer for it would be nice, the guy just says I’m sorry I’ll talk to him. For a over $50 bill this was extremely infuriating, all the manager offers was, “It won’t happen again”. Don’t send a 2-day old delivery driver out by himself.

Very disappointed with the customer service. My wife and I regularly order pizza from this location. Today, one our pizzas was a regular crust pizza instead of the stuffed crust that we paid for. My wife called, simply wanting credit for difference of price between the pizzas. A very rude and disrespectful Victor got on the phone telling my wife that he wasn’t going to honor that!?!? We understand that mistakes happen. We just wanted the difference in price to be credited to our pizza account! You would rather lose a longtime loyal customer than give up $5 or $6!

Worst pizza that I remember delivered in 25 years. Dough bubbles on every slice but one. I’m shocked a manager would let it leave to be delivered. More than likely my last time ordering from you. Tried calling immediately but placed on hold for 4? minutes so hung up. Tried again 20-30 minutes later….no answer after 9 rings. I’m shocked that this store is that busy to not answer calls and deliver pizza full of bubbles. Guess I need to contact a higher up? Definitely should be compensated the pizza price or delivery fees. I have never complained about a pizza before….or any food I’ve ordered but it was warranted when almost every slice is bubbled.

Telling me I need to take a picture on my phone in order for me to receive my door dash deliver. Then the manager refuses to give me my food, because I’m confused on why I need to take picture of the door dash , in order to pick it up.

horrible customer service. called to place an order, 3 large pizzas. ordered 2 and got a total of 26 bucks. ordered the third and the total doubled. when asked how the price for 2 pizzas is 26 how does it double by ordering one more pizza, had the woman (who was rude off rip) yell at me. upon calling back to ask why i got hung up on for inquiring about the price got asked if it was me, by name, and promptly yelled at and refused to let me speak to a manager. rarely do i leave bad reviews.. even when the service is sub par.. but if you don’t like working with people in customer service THEN DON’T GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. take your bad attitude home to your miserable household, not to a customer who just wants some freakin food.

I try not to be understanding. The app is great but the delivery time takes over an hour than I receive my order with 16 wings and some times more and they forget the blue cheese. Papa johns has the best pizza but the long delivery time and forgetting the blue cheese making me want to go to somewhere else.
