I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and was told 10 to 20 minutes and when I got there at 20 minute mark, they haven’t even put my pizza in the oven. Then when it finally came out they didn’t cut it. So had to have them cut it. They handed me the pizza and said your all set. I told them i havent payed yet being honest. When I got home and opened it I realized 1.5 slices didn’t even have cheese on them and there was hardly any mushrooms on it. They were too busy listening to music and dancing then focusing on the orders and consistency. I won’t be back.

The Driver was friendly and professional but the food presentation was inconsistent, unequal distribution of ingredients and a touch of $#@& it. Not bad for $30 dollars! I sure hope the driver gets the $4.99 delivery charge cause the “builder” and the “finisher” have sacrificed speed, for quality of finished product. You can do better Papa!

Ate acouple slices of cheese pizza last night and got the worst food poisoning.. the pizza arrived cold, by a delivery man that always try’s to solicit extra money in the form of a tip for the troops. So unprofessional and annoying people have to go through this type of thing when your just trying to order a pizza on a Friday.. last time ever

This location sucks!! Twice in one week I ordered from this location. First they are the rudest losers I have ever met (served for 12 years in the Army so I would know) and than they flagged me for saying something about waiting for my order. Second the “Manager” was taking out the “trash” so I stood waiting for my food (which was 5 feet from me) and no one could run the register.except for him. To me that is ridiculous to have a customer wait. Have someone under you take the “trash” out. Called corporate and nothing. So I will NEVER EVER go back to this location. Absolutely horrible experience!!!

Placed our order while driving. Arrived in plenty of time. Signed up for notifications etc. Sat in the parking lot waiting for our order. App went from preparing to baking and never moved off baking. (A staff member did come out and look at us, but never said anything to us, so we werent sure what he was doing) I went in thinking it seemed like a really long time for baking, and our order was sitting there. No text or email and when we arrived home the app still said baking after it refreshed. Staff said it was ready 5-10 min ago. I would definately say 10 as the order was then cold by time we arrived home. Horrible app and customer service in store was rude and really couldn’t care less.

Ordered 2 pizzas one was supposed to be pepperoni and they forgot the pepperoni. That is understandable sometimes errors get made. When i called in to let them know they asked if i wanted it replaced and i said i did. They let me know they needed the cheese pizza back which i had no problem with. No one in my house is going to eat a cheese pizza so no problem giving it back. I was told the replacement would be delivered in 45 minutes and over and hour later still no pizza. After an hour and a half of waiting i call back and was told they tried to deliver but i didnt answer. My entire family was in living room and no one knocked. Then when i call again i was told they couldn’t refund my money for the pizza.
