My orders from Papa Johns are usually correct; however, this evening my pizza was delivered without Garlic Parmesan Cheese crust which is my absolute favorite. It is because of, not only, my prior orders that are typically correct; however, the way this was handled that I am giving them 5 stars. In work, we sometimes do make mistakes but it all comes down to how we make things right. My driver called right away to notify them and they had my pizza back out to me all under 25 minutes! That’s an incredible turnaround time and I am grateful. Great people and great service!

This was my first time ordering from this Papa Johns location and I was not impressed. The pizza was okay, the delivery driver was very friendly BUT the BBQ chicken poppers were blah, yuck! The barbecue sauce was drizzled on the top of only 4 poppers – the ones underneath no sauce. Why not coat the poppers in sauce like advertised on the Papa Johns website. Very misleading!

Ken or Kem(male manager) is really rude at this location. I contacted the store in regard to the preparation of my pizza bowl. He proceeded to yell I don’t know what you want me to do I didn’t make it. Then refused to provide me with his manager’s information and hung up in my face. Ken or Kem maybe this is not the occupation for you because your customers service skills are not up to par….. FIND SOME DECORUM‼️

Pizza is good but employees think they’re entitled to a tip when they did nothing extra. You did your job congrats. You’re not a tipped employee ask Papa John for more money. Don’t expect it from me or anyone else.

Update: Had a horrible experience we order a half cheese half sasuage& pep. We got a half cheese,half olives,bacon,and mushrooms. I called and explained myself 3 times before the women understood that we had the wrong pizza. I was then put on hold for 9 mins. For a manager, who said they would remake the pizza but we needed to bring back the other pizza. I’m fine bringing it for proof but really, I’m pretty sure they didn’t believe me from the conversation. No apology,no compensation, no sorry for coming back twice, just hey here’s your correct pizza. I’m fine with mistakes but the customer service was HORRIBLE.

Second time trying this PA PA John’s pizza location. My family and I truly believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they do not care about their customers. The 1st time we ordered here several weeks ago, we requested that there absolutely be no pepper placed in the box. I am allergic to them, they cause my lips to swell. They put ” No Pepper ” on the label. When I arrived to pick it up, there was a pepper in the box. Unfortunately we had somewhere to be and pizza was a last minute resort. We did not have 15 minutes to wait for another 1. So I left knowing I would not get to eat a single slice. The same exact thing happened tonight! So to all those that l thinking about ordering from a special order pizza, or something unusual, or a simple request like no pepper in the box due to allergies, do not order from this PA PA John’s. If I’m easy to please, as long as it doesn’t come between me and a much needed dinner. Done.
