The order was for pizza and boneless wings. The picture on the website or advertised doesn’t look like this and I’ve had the boneless wings from here before and not looked like chicken nuggets from Burger King and a packet of sauce dumped on. Do you have someone watching saying one pass with the sauce and move on, no time to make it look, idk, appetizing.

We ordered by phone for pickup as we normally do. I must say I don’t know why or understand how it’s so complicated to order by phone. I think their process needs to be streamlined so that’s it’s simple and easy to pick up the phone, dial a number, and order a pizza and soda bottle. Nope, nope , not at Papa Johns. Their ordering/ call doesn’t go to the store. It goes to a remote intake location: who knows where probably not anywhere in the Continental United States if I had to guess. We asked that No hot pepper be put in the box and for extra sauce on the pizza. The intake person repeated our order and said he forwarded it to the store. Of course when we went to pick it up none of the instructions were adhered to. Also of note: is that to call and order a pizza by phone was approximately 7 to 10 minutes of on phone time. Not because we asked questions or did anything to drag it out but because the intake people rigidly follow a script. The days of simply ordering a pizza by phone are sadly gone no thanks to Papa Johns.

I waited awhile for my food which was fine granted it was in the day. When I get my food, my food is dropped on the ground that me and my daughter has to eat (see below). Now we are waiting even longer just for the driver to go back and get another one. I should be “thankful” it was replaced with a 2 extra pieces inside but that took awhile to come and was warm-ish. I came for the Papadia, left due to service. 🙁

They’re answering service is terrible. They’re delivery driver is an absolute Mean nasty and because they told me they would have changed. I didn’t even get the feed my kids the. Guy? Left and wouldn’t? Even wait for me to get my card being very rude and when. Yes? Try to. Call? The. Store? I have called several different ways. I have spent an hour trying to do this and I can’t even and ahold of them. I asked for a manager and people hang up. Barry on professional will never ever recommend this place in spring

Ordered two pizzas (one pepperoni and one custom 7 topping pizza) and they both were delicious! My special instructions such as well baked and extra sauce were followed and they didn’t skimp on toppings. We had them delivered and upon placing the order online we were given an estimate wait time of 65-95 minutes. The pizzas were at our house in 38 minutes! Seriously can’t say a single negative.

First time in my life ordered a pizza and never got it delivered. After 2 hours I am still unsure if the person had the wrong pizza or delivered the right pizza to the wrong house. Totally unacceptable to make a person wait 2 hours. We just moved to the area so will be finding a new pizza place.

Ordered an original veggie large pizza and 2 eight piece wings. Placing the order and pick up time for when order was done was no problem. Got home my wife said wings looked like pigeon wings, they tasted ok but the pizza is another story, could only eat the toppings because the dough was not fully cooked. So because of the prices and the size of the wings and undercooked pizza we will never go back.

Ordered a crispy Parmesan pizza with Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, and chicken. What was delivered, had red sauce, not Alfredo, and approximately eight pieces of chicken on a large pizza. Called the store to tell them that I received the wrong pizza, and the very unprofessional Young lady asked if I knew how to order online correctly? You’ve got to be kidding me? Said she was going to get the manager on the line, he never came back. For $25, I would think I could get a pizza that I ordered. I will be disputing the charges.
