Seriously I’m not sure what happened to this Papa Johns location. But it has had a hard downward spiral. We Always order our pizza well done, well it has NEVER been well done, but that’s on us cause we let it slide. But tonight we ordered a couple of apps, papadillas and when our delivery deadline hit and it still showed “preparing” on the app I call and apparently our order left 30 minutes ago, meanwhile we live 5 minutes from the shop, but I get it they probably have a delivery route…. But to be told it would be another 10 minutes so 40 minutes my order has been who knows where and will be cold, not good Papa John’s not good. So we canceled the order.

Placed our order via the app since I had some issues previously at another location over the phone. Checked the order making sure everything was good which was The Meats and The Works thin crust with 2 orders of garlic sauce. What was picked up was the Meats in thin crust not cut at all and The Works in standard crust. Only received 1 garlic sauce and that was opened.

Hopefully the reason they sent out a order with burnt crust is because they were extremely busy, not happy with my order today. Quality control was not very good tonight. Order was for a Saturday night @ 7pm. This won’t stop me from ordering from them again, but if my next order is the same as this one it’ll be the last time I order from them. To many choices out there to put up with burnt crust on my order.

I ordered the new cool ranch doritos papadia and it wasn’t as good as I expected. The outside had a thick coating of the cool ranch seasoning and it was too powerful to take more than 2 bites and be done with it. It looked like it had potential, but maybe mine was made differently. If you’re not a HUGE fan of cool ranch doritos, don’t get the cool ranch papadia. Other than that, friendly staff, and clean and quick.

I hate doordash. Please let me know ahead of time that youre planning on using them so i can just come pick it up. What does it take to have your delivery people deliver it. Cash? I watched my order leave there and go to 2 other locations. I wish I would’ve known I would have just picked it up. I ordered at 7:29. It’s now 8:49 on a Thursday night.

Our favorite is Meatlovers or suppreme pizza and chicken wings! Lastly, ending with cookie or sometimes brownie desserts. Yum yum yum! Pasta is a good change up from time to time.

Great pizza, but what I found on accident is the stuffed crust but w alfredo sauce, which is freaking fantastic!! I usually put sausage &/or pepperoni but I’m sure any topping would be good.
